I should have read the reviews. I was quoted $85 for the service visit that would go towards labor. The **repair** which was only adjusting the latch took less than 30 minutes (including going out to the truck for 15 minutes as the dishwasher ran the cycle). I was charged $150. A complete rip-off, and a totally intentional way of bringing in work with a deceptive price.

The rep started to cuss at me and use profanity and became very irate towards me over a question. He stopped working on the job and left. I would not recommend him to anyone. My project was going to cost 949.83$, and was not completed, I had to find someone else to complete this project for me

A $500 ($200 LABOR) NIGHTMARE THAT LASTED A MONTH! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THERE IS NO SUCH COMPANY THEY DO NOT EXIST AT THIS ADDRESS. LOOK IT UP! IF YOU DO; DO NOT PAY CASH!! THEY CAME TO REPAIR MY WASHING MACHINE, TOOK 3 MINUTES TO TELL ME IT WAS THE PUMP. HAD TO BE ORDERED. DID NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS ALWAYS LATE. PUT A NEW PUMP IN SOLD ME A NEW DOOR GASKET (SAID IT HAD MOLD). CAME LATE TO INSTALL SO I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT ON A TEST WASH. NEXT DAY I TRIED IT STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT. AFTER WEEKS OF CALLING & MISSED APPOINTMENTS HE CAME OUT TESTED IT BLAMED THE PLUMBER FOR MOVING IT. THEN ME FOR OVERLOADING. NOW SAYS IT NEEDS SHOCKS PLUS ANOTHER $200 LABOR FEE. I ASKED HIM TO LEAVE

SCAMMER BUSINESS. Ishmael is a CROOK. Put a defective ice maker in for my elderly parents and refused to fix it when it broke soon after he installed it! ISHMAEL IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Ate 500 dollars and disappeared !!!

i chose the vender despite of those not so postive reviews. the tech guy came within the quoted time frame and identified the problem quickly. i give them 5 star for his service and 4 star for the charges.

This company is a fraud. They will take your money, won?t fix anything, and will ignore your calls. Not sure how they stay in business for 50 years as they claim....

This Appliance Repair Company is vague when it comes to pricing. The charge quoted over the telephone was $65.00 (confirmed twice), but the Service person charged $85.00. The Service person was polite and diagnosed the problem with our Fridge. There are other pricing items to mention.

The work looked like it was done fairly well, the washer works but I think he's prices are too high. He failed to give me a written estimate and he charged me twice for the same part. The day he came to look at hit he gave me a part bill for $85.00 $90.00 after tax. Then charged me again after installing the part with a bill for $199.00 for the part and $115.00 for the service. $335.00 Total.

I hired Allmake to look at my refrigerator which was not keeping proper temperature. Alberto the technician arrived, opened the refrigerator door and declared it required 3 parts without even opening up the service panels. He said he would get back to me with price and delivery. Two weeks later and 3 phone calls to the owner, I finally found out that (a) they do not call customers back, its just not what they do! (b) the parts would not be in until the following week, which I heard this story before (c) they collected an $85 service call fee on their initial visit which is long gone. This company just does not care about the customer experience. I decided to have them keep their parts and service, taking my business elsewhere.

Very responsive and reasonable! The office is very accommodating and the tech was nice and instructive!

Spent 5 minutes and told me the icemaker is broken and need to be replaced. Told me that will call me the same day with the price but never call me. So they charged me $90 just to tell me that my icemaker is broken but to fix they are not interested.

He did more than was anticipated!

The service was horrible. I was quoted specific time they would come, had some sitting here all day and they showed up almost two hours after the time slot. I then was told the refrigerator needed a heater. I never heard back from anyone until three days after being told I needed a heater. I was given one price then when the guy came to fix the refrigerator it end up being more than was quoted.

They were very professional regarding finish up their work and diagnose my dryer however they forgot to connect the vent pipe for the dryer. Overall they were so good they ordered a replacement part for my dryer. Thank you guys
