Tech did not properly diagnose the problem when he first came. The tech did not realize that besides problems with the door the key pad was not working properly. If we had known that the keypad also needed to be fixed we would have bought a new microwave and not spent all that money to repair it. Still need to go out and buy a new microwave

I would never recommend this company. Two technicians came to change fan in our fridge, very unprofessional, rude, made mess without cleaning, broke part in the fridge, I had to ask them out. The company owner did not even want to listen to me when I called, worst customer service

Paid them $500 to fix my dishwasher. After 2 months and 3 failed attempts, I was told after the third failed attempt that it was actually something different that needed to be replaced. Owner told me he would â give me a dealâ and only charge me another $300, for a total of over $800! I didnâ t pay him anymore, but he kept all $500 after not fixing the problem. I asked him to meet me halfway and just give me half of my money back he refused. Donâ t trust them! Iâ m out $500 and he took my money without even fixing the issue.

STAY AWAY from this business! The owner Henry is Very RUDE. He sent technician who misdiagnosed problem with my dishwasher. After four days waiting for the part he came back and installed wrong part. The smoke came out from the dishwasher. When I asked for someone else to fix it Henry start yelling to me. Very unprofessional !!! Stay Away!

Came and followed up on time and as promised but when giving quote and charging money was not transparent. Was charged trip fee in day 1 then supposed to be credited if hired. Did not see any credit and when questioned he said labor charged includes credit our labor charges are higher than what was charged If that was a case then labor charges are excessive for a number of hours worked. He said that is how much we charge for the job performed. I would expect that on the bill and upfront saying it is job charge not labor charge. Was hired for two problems one was fixed and other problem still persists and said need to order new part. If knew total costs upfront would have rather changed appliance then spending money on an old appliance . I prefer upfront costs if any job performed . If hired for two jobs and if I was charged for per job then I should not be charged for a job with problem that was not corrected and if ordered additional part I should not be charged for that job again because I was told he is charging per job. Part I understand I may have to pay which I thought was higher too When checked prices for part supposed to be ordered.

I paid a very high service which was supposed to be deducted from my bill but they never did. Way overpriced and I would not recommend them. Very bad customer service their representative was very rude.

The technician misdiagnosed the issue I actually had to tell him what was wrong with the refrigerator he wanted to order a part that was totally unnecessary.

They sent one technician to work on a built-in microwave that weighs 120 lbs and I had to help him pull it out safely. He determined that a board was defective he is installed the new board and wired it wrong and now the microwave does not work at all.

Henry called back immediately regarding a refrigerator repair and scheduled an appointment for next day. Repair technician was prompt and thorough. Parts were ordered and refrigerator repaired within a few days. Very professional organization.

Easy appointment and prompt. Repaired without unnecessary padding of extra parts, or taking entire appliance apart. Basically applied a good cleansing of necessary part and the appliance was useable again. Thank you.

It is hard to judge the quality of the work because the repairman recommended buying a new refrigerator. I can say they said I would get an early morning call to give a window for the service, did not get it. Also after the repairman left I had a problem with the refrigerator, I called and got a voicemail. No one got back to me until the end of the day, four hours later.

They were very prompt in providing me with a quote and the price was reasonable. The gentleman I spoke with to arrange the appointments was friendly and courteous. The technician was friendly but showed up much later than expected on the two occasions and I did not receive any calls/texts with updates about his delays in the scheduled appointment times until I contacted them first. When I spoke to the technician by phone (that he would arrive later than expected) he was friendly but a little unprofessional. Aside from that, I was pleased with their service.

The serviceman did not come on time. After one hour he called and said if i wanted to reschedule but i said he can come late. When he came he checked the refrigerator and said so many things could be wrong and finally said that the evaporator blower has to be replaced. But i can feel the blower working and putting out air. Then he said his boss will call me and give an estimate for the job and the boss never called me on that day. I called him on Saturday (Next Day) and asked him does he have an estimate for the job. The boss said he did not hear from his technician and will call me Monday. When leaving my driveway the technician left his glove and a soiled paper towel right on the driveway in spite of my garbage can being right there, very unprofessional.
