Service man came in time, job was small and simple, done in appropriate time. Charges were little high specially the walk-in and diagnostic. Service person was pleasant.

Price quoted was the price I paid; no surprises, which I appreciated. The problem was diagnosed and I was told I would be getting a call about a replacement part. One disappointment; window of time of arrival exceeded half an hour.

I went through Home Advisor to connect for service of my microwave oven. The technician came, tested the oven, then took a picture of the model & serial #, said will get the parts and will call back with total estimate. After a week, no call. I attempted to call this company twice 10 & 14 days after the initial visit, each time the person who answered made an excuse that your parts are here, but the person in charge of scheduling is at lunch and will call you back, no call happened. Then the next answer was that he was driving and will call right back, nothing happened. This repair service has been in business for many years; they must have lost most of their technicians due to mismanagement. Now they have come up with this unscrupulous scheme to go around and cheat their customers of $85+tax but offer no services. Viewers should go to YELP to read the reviews of this joint before making your decision.

I had another repairman come in who told me I needed a new part but since my machine was very old, it was no longer available but he would try and get it. I knew this wasn't so since the problem was that I could no longer get the lint filter in the machine, but it worked perfectly. The repairman from Allmake took the time to take the machine apart, find the problem an fix it. I recommend them highly

Did not arrive first time when scheduled. Parts and labor were ore money than expected. Had to come back to fix connection that came loose and was not checked properly

All things considered, the service and the work was good. The only real complaint I have is the $85 trip charge that was added to my bill which was not communicated to me in any way. Had I known about this charge, I would not have had the work done because it put the price into the area where the repair is worth more than the machine. So, if you hire them be prepared to pay this charge.

Allmake Appliance Center was recommended by Home Advisor. The vendor reached out to us - called us a few times before we decided to engage them to repair our dishwasher. Their technician showed up on September 8th, 45 minutes late, inspected the dishwasher and stated that the "motherboard" was dead and had to be replaced. He charged us $72 for the call and promised to provide an estimate for the repair on Monday, September 11th. Today is September 27th and, despite multiple calls and promises to give me an estimate "the next day", I am still waiting. I should have relied on Allmake Appliance Center's Yelp reviews (1 star) and Google reviews (2 star) instead of those on Home Advisor.

The tech, Ismael, is absolutely the best!!! He was prompted, polite and explained everything. I would highly recommend this company again and if I ever have another appliance issue, Allmake is the company I will call.

They claim that the amount charged for the trip go towards the repair that is not true my receipt was Solenoids $99 Trip. $65 Labor. $75 Tax. $16.73 Total. $255.73 I called the numbers 2016526600/9149439767 multiple times and left messages... finally someone called back he would lookup the receipt and call me back I'm still waiting for the phonecall and the $65
