Tightened water line but it actually has a hole in it charged me $140. To fix broken ice maker had to order part said it was $239 plus $130 to install; told me I had to pay $40 toward the installation of ice maker; I got the part for $141 and my friend installed it. I am waiting to see if I get refunded my $40. $140 for not even 30 minutes work is outrageous, doctors don't even make that much for an office visit. I should have been more aware but I just had a death in my family and wanted to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I feel as though I was taken advantage of.

I spoke to the project manager. We scheduled an appointment for October 23, 2018 at 9:00 am. At 9:30 I called and got no answer. I left a message and 10 minutes later a woman called back and said in her notes it said 10:00 am. At 10:20 am they still did not come. At that point I cancelled the appointment. Requested a manager call her right away and he never called. I wasted 2 hours waiting for them to come and writing this review. I would never hire this company.

It was a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. HomeAdvisor had to intervene to get them back in contact with us.

Resolved my problem by deicing inside the refrigerator and offered future remedies.

Solved my problem and prices weren’t bad I would recommend.

I was told the fee would be $65.00. When the technician arrived he checked out the problem, told us he needed to order a part that was inexpensive, he would get back to us in 2-3 day (that was Monday). We paid him (at first he said $75.00, then changed it) + tax $6.95. (Not sure how that was calculated) On Friday we received a call from Allmake Appliance there was one part $199.00, + one part $99.00, + an additional fee of $115 for labor. What happened to the inexpensive part?????

Unreliable failed to cancel scheduled appointment. Failure to follow up. This "center " is working form an AOL account and a cell phone.

Service was good and the office and technician communicated the time of arrival. Appreciated that. I thought the cost was a bit high but will use Allmake again if necessary.

Henry was the most professional, kind and dedicated person. So very helpful. He did not give up until he explored all possibilities. I highly recommend ALLMAKE.

Once the part was obtained, the repair was done quickly.

Communication was very poor. I had to follow up about 6 times over a 2+ month period for a repair job that took about 20 minutes. I already knew exactly what the problem was and just needed a part and installation service. I ended up having to pay for a crazy diag fee for a 5 minute tech visit on day 1, but I accepted that because it applies to the repair cost. I didn't expect having to pay twice the price of the part for a 15 minute replacement job nor did I expect having to wait over 2 months but I had no choice since my funds were already absorbed immediately into the unnecessary diagnostics fee. The tech himself was excellent and did great work but the manager or person who answers the phone needs to be more proactive in setting expectations and be more reasonable with cost charges for simple jobs.

I was informed that the original part I paid for was not installed, the dishwasher did not work after Allmake Appliance left. They did not put the part in but that I actually needed a motor, which was $700 and another $200 to install.

The Technician, Alberto was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Repaired the issue with my dryer in a timely manner. Only need a little better phone communication with the main office.

Technician was punctual, competent and courteous. Price for the repair seemed a little expensive.

Our dryer stopped producing heat. Ismael came to do the repair on time and was very friendly and professional. Our problem was not worth fixing for the price we would have had to pay for the parts considering the age of the dryer. I highly recommend them if you have an appliance problem.
