We are a small company and we don't send out crews to your location. We are punctual, reliable and dependable. We use green products and work quickly and efficiently. Our goal is to make customers happy so they continue to use us and refer us to their friends, neighbors and family. We take pride in our work and appreciate our customers. For our gutter cleaning, window cleaning and power washing services, we will travel to all of our listed service location. We now have 2 locations with the same great service! Description of Work: Cleaned and repaired gutters. We had a gutter separating from the roof because of heavy snow. They came out on an extremely windy day, and repaired the gutter on short notice. Very prompt and professional!

She contacted us for snow removal, not gutter cleaning as stated on her review. We will only take on customers that are in our service area (Ridgewood) and that we can provide service for. Montvale is not in our snow removal service area. We have a complete route and can't handle any more customers at this time. We have our snow removal customers sign contracts with us to guarantee that we show up and provide continuous service. Our snow removal customers have signed a contract (that they signed back in Oct or Nov) so that we give them priority and prompt service. People get upset when we say no, but it would be worse if we said yes and then didn't show up.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutter but did not advise before that it was 10.00 more extra per foot of gutter over 100 feet, they charged me even to take leaves off roof, I paid 89.00 for service then tacked on another 50 bucks and 25 bucks to sweep roof! Never again. Rip off | | | | |

Response from All Clear Pro Home Services
We are sorry for your displeasure. The voucher is confusing and we do our best to explain. However, it is written into the fine print, that the voucher is good for up to 100' of gutter and is an additional $1 per foot over the voucher. In this case, the home had 186' of gutter. It was an additional $86 plus tax for the overage. As far as blowing off the roof and charging an additional $25 for that, we asked if you would like us to provide that service, which is not part of the regular gutter cleaning. We make suggestions as to what we feel would be best, but we do not push for extra work to be done. There were A LOT of leaves on the roof which would have eventually fallen into the gutters after we left if we did not blow off the roof. We do understand if someone does not want to spend the extra money, and that part of the service could have been declined. According to our records, on the day of the appointment, we received a check for $125.07 plus the $89 for the voucher, making the total $214.07, not $265 as stated. We do our best to do the job correctly, but sometimes that comes at a cost.

Thank you for letting us know. We try our best to keep things as neat as possible. Many times though, the debris in the gutter is impossible to keep clean. We always ask the customer what we should do with the debris that we do pull out of the gutters, like if we should put it in a garbage pail, garbage bag, or if we can just put neatly on the ground. Even when bagging or putting in a pail, we might lose some of the debris in the process. We usually try to clean up at the end, it's possible we didn't get it all.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal from this company for $89 gutter cleaning. That turned out very well. This was on a slip level 2 story home. One employee came out and I was not home when he did the service. He called and let me know that he completed the work; and the gutters look clean.

Description of Work: Called the day before the scheduled day and gave me a two hour window. He was prompt. Pleasant owner who did the work himself. Measured, informed me of the extra footage (which I knew), went about his business in a professional manner, evaluated anything wrong (gutters were fine). I paid him, he left, couldn't be happier.
