Right Away Construction was outstanding to work with! He assisted some elderly people I know with a roof repair. They were also flexible, patient, responsive, and thorough. .

Beware! This guy started off okay. It was for a roof replacement over an addition and a skylight replacement. All seemed fine and well until it rained and I noticed water getting in worse than before. When I checked, I saw that in order to make something fit, they trimmed the skylight, which cut the built-in flashing. They tried to repair it with SILICONE! I could see daylight from below. They denied it. This attempt at cutting corners left a jagged cut on the inside of my house, which the owner eventually came out and repaired himself extremely poorly. He used big nails for finish trim, and a few nails didn’t go in, so he just hammered them in sideways and left them showing. He also did not cut the angles correctly and used a load of caulk to hide the disaster. After some convincing, they came out and remedied the skylight issue. However, after spotting yet another leak, and contacting him and asking nicely, he refuses to answer. It’s been leaking for quite some time because I see the stained and moldy wood underneath. I’ve tried contacting him through email, through thumbtack and his cell. Do not do business with this company, I am very disappointed. I’ve given him almost a month to respond to any of these messages. I realize companies are busy, but when he needed a check from me, he answered within minutes. I even recommend him to friends and family before I noticed any issues. All it would take would be a simple visit and a patch job. He gave me a “15 year warranty” on the work. But they’d rather ignore me. Paid online. Will be contacting the bank to get my money back! I don’t know how he gets 5 star reviews, because this was mediocrity at its best.

It went great fast and timely manner. Would definitely hire again very fair in fixing some roofing problems we had and have used them for many other things as well.

After filling out a questionnaire on Angies List, this provider popped up and a guy named "Nico" actually contacted me. He seemed enthusiastic about coming out and providing me with an estimate. I even sent him pics and a general description of what needed to be done. He said he would come the next day between 10am-11am. He never showed up, nor did i hear back from him. I texted him and till this day have not heard back from him. Horrible customer service.

It was very good. They called right away. He came the next. The project was done quickly. He is easy to contact.
