This is the second time I have worked with Justin. He is very good at what he does. He is also happy to answer questions and explain the process for any house-related situation. Work was performed on two-family Victorian over the months of September, October and November. He was extremely trustworthy and I felt comfortable leaving him with a set of keys so he had ready access to the house to complete the work in a timely manner. His tiling work is superb, and I knew of him after having him just do the tiling for another bathroom project in 2012. He also offers creative approaches to the little idiosyncrasies of any job, working with a structure that is over one hundred years old. He was happy to take on new, smaller projects once the bathroom was complete. I am thrilled with the new bathroom; it is as I wanted it to be and a valuable renovation for the house. I plan to work with Justin again in the future.

I can't say enough about Justin. He squeezed us in when one of his projects was delayed, right before his medical leave. In our bathroom, Justin removed the tiles from the side and bottom of the shower, and then removed the old water basin that wasn't properly draining. Once he removed that he found damage to the house's wood frame/flooring and suggested to have someone check it for insect problems. Let's put it this way, we're Happy we listened to his recommendation. After replacing the old beams with new wood, Justin went out of his way to try and find matching tile for the shower. No luck, so he came up with a vision on how to make shower still look amazing with a different type of tile with many neutral colors... so cool!!! Once completed, the shower looked better than it did before and drained perfectly!!! Now the extras... he went above and beyond by helping with a "to do" list, of things around the house that my husband wasn't able to fix. He completed them all.. including re-grouting the quartz counter tops to the wall, regrouting some of the slate floor in the hallway, and fixing a sink, to name a few. Then a week later, we asked him to help my grandma by installing vertical and horizontal railing/poles in the shower/tub to help keep my grandma's balance when getting into and out of the shower/tub. The railing/pole installation cost $250 and I did not include that in the price I stated above. Fantastic job!!!

I contacted the company for a quote, and they never ever bothered to answer. Very unprofessional

I was interested in having tile work done in my kitchen, but this company did not perform the work. The guy called me back and said he'd be coming later that day to give me an estimate. He did not show up. I called several times and left messages. About 5 hours after the schedueled time we made to have the estimate done, he finally calls me back and says he didn't have service and was delayed in a job. He said he'd contact me the following day to reschedule. Its been over a week and I haven't gotten a call back.

We hired Justin to repair our ceramic tile floor. We set up a meeting and he showed up exactly when he said he would. We were impressed with his knowledge and decided not only to do the repair but full replacement of the tile floor. Just was not only great to work with, but his input was invaluable. As the tile floor was progressing, we decided to do a revision to our laundry room. Each time we were to proceed, Justin providing us with very good pricing and completed the work on time. In the past, we have had mixed results with contractors. I am happy to say that Justin restored out faith that there are good contractors around that give fair and guaranteed pricing and act with great integrity

My first experience with Justin was that we clicked right away. Which in turn made it a pleasant one to say. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Showed me other options than just my own. His helper was also very respectful of my home. My total project was 3 days at the end of each day they cleaned up the place, so i can still live. I will indeed use Justin's company again and again. ARRIVED AT TIME SPECIFIED. MATCHED THE GROUTING ON THE OLD TILE PERFECTLY. VERY NEAT AND YOULD NEVER KNOW THE TILE HAD BEEN REPAIRED IN VARIOUS AREAS ON THE WALL IN THE TUB. GREAT TO DEAL WITH, ANXIOUS TO PLEASE HIS CUSTOMER. LUCY LANG

My husband and I bought a beautiful house and we found a few draining issues in two of our tiled showers... the water would just collect on the bottom of the showers forming a giant pool of water, failing to drain out properly. Justin is a personal friend of mine, and gave us a few options on how to fix the problems in each of the bathrooms. We decided to conquer the most used shower 1st. Justin was prompt and came when he told us he would.. he even waited for us when we were running late one day. Justin removed the tiles that were causing the problem... they were level and we needed them to be slightly unlevel so the water could run into the drain. He even went up into our hot, sweaty actic to see if there were any left over tiles from the previous owners and we were lucky and found some. He used the extra/left over tiles and raised the area slightly so it would drain properly. He also fixed all of the cracked caulking and checked the entire bathroom ceiling to floor. He even helped me with my dripping showerhead as well. Outstanding service!!! I can't wait to have him back to fix our master bathroom too!!!

Called Precision Flooring after finding them on Angie's List. The owner, Justin, called me back right away and volunteered to come tak ea look at the work that needed to be done. I had a kitchen floor with peeling laminate press and stick tile and decided it was time to upgrade to real ceramic tile. Justin priced it out right away and left some tile samples so I could pick the colors and type I liked. He started the job on time and finished on time, leaving us with a gorgeous floor. He even moved all the appliances back and noticed that there was a piece on our stove that should have been replaced and went ahead and fixed it! He has a wonderful personality and work ethic and does fantastic work. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Flooring!

Justin was very easy to work with, very professional. Responded to initial request for a quote and was accurate in his estimation. He performed the work himself or with a colleague. Was able to offer both aesthetic and practical advice on how to achieve the best results. Was also flexible enough to respond to unexpected developments as the job went along, and provide solutions that worked. I would definitely work with him again and would recomend his company to anyone.

It went very well. Justin was very helpful and accommodating in scheduling and doing the work. He suggested 2 tile stores where we met and selected the floor and backsplash tiles. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the tiles especially since it was a difficult kitchen counter to match. There was a problem with the existing subfloor (not Justin's fault) and he came up with a solution that worked out well. Justin had to remove the bathroom fixtures and he put them back in even better than they were in before. The work took 8 days and Justin and Alex came on time every morning and I trusted them in my house while I went to work. Everything came out looking beautiful and I am very happy with my new tile floor and backsplash.

The first time I contacted Justin, we hadn't yet decided on the approach we wanted to take for our kitchen renovation. I left a message for him saying that I wasn't sure he was the kind of provider I was looking for, but he called me back anyway. After talking on the phone, he came over and we decided that he wasn't a good match for what I wanted. A few weeks later, after my wife and I came up with a plan, I called him back to see if he would be interested in doing the tile work. Long story short, we hired him and he was fantastic! I was acting as my own contractor for the first time, and he gave me guidance along the way with aspects of the job he wasn't even doing. His tile suggestions were great, he was flexible to meet what we wanted, and his price was reasonable. When we had a problem with the granite countertop fit (work done by someone else), he came over and offered suggestions to get around it and ended up adding a layer of wallboard over what he had already done. Add to all of this the fact that he's a personable guy, answered all my questions, explained what he was doing as work progressed, and worked on a Saturday to finish the job. I recommend him highly.

Tile was purchased in advance, picked up from DalTIle and placed in the living room. I ripped up part of the linoleum to expose the piece of plywood that was causing issues, and mentioned in the contract to be fixed prior to install (this was a pain, but I used adhesive removal, tools from Home Depot, and a lot of elbow grease!). Justin showed up with Alex on Friday, screwed down the plywood, put down the wonderboard, came back Saturday to start on the tile and backsplash, and came back Monday to finish the tile edges and backsplash/(extra)stain. Tuesday was the (extra) grout/molding if I recall correctly, and cleanup. They were careful not to stain my carpet which I appreciated, and most of the tiles were leveled, and the "squeaky" floor was fixed w/o having to use plywood! Justin said he will come back and polish out some of the scratches in the tile, and he was very friendly and reliable throughout the installation, explaining everything he was going to do as he did it. Very happy with the result, especially w/ the backsplash which took some artistry.

Project went very well overall. Justin did a beautiful job with the marble installation and mosaic. I had a very small outdated bathroom and his work was fantastic, his assistant Alex was also great. I had a few snags but nothing to do with Justin, I was waiting on permits for plumbing and electrical that delayed the project. I appreciated that Justin called and checked in every time he was working to let me know what was going on (I work and was not there every day). Justin and his crew were also very meticulous in cleaning up after themselves and very trustworthy. I would use him again.

Originally contractor was to start on 9/14 but he had an cancellation and started on 9/12. Wall 7 floor tile were installed that day and the grouting was done 2 days later.

Justin and Precision Flooring and Design strike again!! They took our small, oddly shaped, full bathroom in our old home, and gave it a fresh, updated, modern but modest update. I enjoyed every step of the process with Justin and his crew. He has an artistic and creative eye. He is honest, and he provides a service that is friendly, clean, pleasant, professional, as well as right on schedule and right in budget. My subscription to Angie's list paid for itself in finding Precision Flooring. I only wish I had more rooms to be redone! Hire these guys, you will not be disappointed.

The preparation and installation went very smoothly. There were no issues and everything was done exactly as promised. The floor is really beautiful. He picked out a great grout color too (he has a good style sense!). I found him very responsive, easy to get hold of for questions, professional, and friendly. He left the house and floor completely clean too. He is a professional, and a nice person, too. He is also quite knowledgeable about home improvement and has a network of colleagues for referrals for other home needs. I would certainly contract with him again.

Justin was professional, clean, polite and delivered exactly what we had agreed upon. He is able to offer creative and artistic ideas to give the best results to our project. We will certainly use him again in the future.

The builder had completed the addition to the house and it was ready for the tile work a few days before my daughter's "At Home" wedding. As the catering company was assemblying the tents outside and unloading tables, chairs, dinnerware, dance floor the rain poured outside. Justin and his worker completed both tile jobs in a very few days. As the wedding day arrived, the sun came out, the tile work was done and perfect and the caterer prepared the wedding dinner for 100 people in the newly tiled kitchen. Guests walked thru the new tile floor of the porch admiring the work on the way to the garden ceremony.
