Extremely professional crew. Sam will give fair estimate, complete work to perfection. Don't waste time with anyone else. Good people, too.

Hired themt o fix broken bricks on bottom of stairs, raise pavers where walkway had dipped, and level out brick patio that had raised due to tree roots and sunken in other areas. We hadn't really used our patio for many years and are now looking to relax outside over the summer! On time, responsive, good job.

Sam responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He arrived right on time and described in detail what our front steps replacement project would entail: taking apart the existing steps and replacing them with blue stone slabs. I had to postpone the repair for several weeks and he said no problem. On the scheduled day he and two other workers arrived on time. They were friendly and went right to work. They completed the project and cleaned up any trace of their work. Sam provided me with a detailed project document for my records. The price was fair (I had obtained three estimates). I gave each of them $20 for "lunch on me." They were very appreciative. Overall. the experience was awesome. I highly recommend Sam and National Construction 1. It's so refreshing to witness contractors doing their best to perform quality work, provide excellent customer service and take pride in their work. Way to go Sam!

Did an excellent job on my exterior front steps, which are a combination of stone and concrete, renovating them to improve both safety and aesthetics.

Sam was totally professional. He told me what needed to be done step by step and provided two alternative approaches. He came the day planned, worked quickly and cleaned the area upon completion. I would definitely recommend his services.

I had requested a quote for my chimney sleeve and flashing to be replaced. Sam came on time to quote and was extremely professional and very competitive with his price. I felt like I was getting a fair deal and I trusted him right out of the gate. When the guys came to do the work they were on time once again extremely professional, and cleaned up everything before they left . I have to say itâ s one of the better experiences Iâ ve had with contractors and I already plan on having Sam back again on a couple other projects. All in all I was extremely pleased and I found a contractor that I can trust. .

Right from our first call until the day the work was completed it was a pleasure working with Sam. He always quickly returned my calls and emails and was patient while I made the decision to have him do the work. We had a few rainy days and so that created some delays which I knew couldn't be avoided and had no concerns about at all. Sam and his team did an excellent job, closing up our chimney and tuck-pointing the entire chimney and the brick front of our house. Like Laura's comment I did ask Sam a few times for a revised estimate and final bill, but in the end that did not detract from the quality of the work. If the need every arose again, I would not hesitate to call Sam.

Although there were some initial issues, the project was completed to my satisfaction.

Sam was very proactive. He contact me within a couple hours of submitting my inquiry on a Monday and scheduled a visit to provide an estimate for Wednesday. He showed up on time (confirming he was coming) and explained in detail what the job would entail and provided an estimate in writing during the visit... He started the project (brick wall and blue stone walkway refurbishment) on that Saturday and finished the job on Monday. A total of 7 days from inquiry to completed job.
