Mili was fantastic! Quick response for an estimate, clearly explained the work needed, on time for installation, and came back the next day (after it rained overnight) to check and make sure there were no issues. Highly recommend!

After a frustrating experience trying to get other companies to even give quotations for this project, modest construction was a breath of fresh air. They were professional, on time, reasonably priced and worked efficiently and neatly. Mili was very nice and extended himself for this project. We will be using this company again and happy to recommend them to others.
