Jared is the consummate professional. He calls to confirm (and remind of scheduled service), gives pointers and advice while doing the work, and cleans up very neatly after he is done. He is also honest and fair. For example, he will tell you if you don't need something done even if you ask for it. Highly recommend!

The caulk work failed (caulk started to crack and separate from tiles and shower pan in one day). There were no follow-up visits to check the job. I ended up doing caulking myself. On question regarding any refund I got the answer I am sorry I told you need a need new pan... then why would you do the caulking job that would (and did) fail? Maybe to get and keep few hundred dollars. Value, customer service and cost is ZERO.

What looks like a simple repair to the layman's eye can be more complicated when work commences. That was my situation but Mr. Lyons clearly saw the problem and explained the best solution. He knew the right solution and method to follow. Absolutely the best professional I have ever used. Very HONEST and hard working. No breaks, but for a quick sandwich. Very neat, no damage anywhere.

Jared is meticulous in his work and attention to detail. I wonâ t hesitate to hire him again the next time we need his services.

Lyons did a terrific job and went up and beyond. We had to fix several dents on ouR marble floor and he did an awesome job I cannot tell which places were patched it blended in with the original floor flawlessly. Also, we had our patio and stairs Power washed outside and I feel like I just moved into a new house. I am amazed at his work. He also showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about how to care for the marbles. Price was also very affordable.

JARED IS GREAT. My marble shower stall was a mess and he completely rejuvenated it; digging out old grout, re-caulking, cleaning and honing the marble in the entire shower stall. It looks better than it did when new! His punctuality, communication, and cleanliness are unmatched. I'd hire him again in a second.
