They were on time. They showed pictures of roof before and after. Which gives you comfort in knowing Job was done. I would use their services again an I highly recommend

I inquired about a chimney cleaning on Tuesday and was immediately contacted by Leo. He told me he could do it on Friday but I told him I needed it on Wednesday due to having family over on thanksgiving. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate me and the job was done on Wednesday by his brother John and a helper. They were on time and professional. Job was done neat and clean and with no issues. Will definitely use them again and recommend them also. It is very hard these days to find a contractor that goes out of the way to accommodate the customer. Thanks for the help.

All we needed was a 3 yr. flat roof maintenance job with the skylights resealed. Available's rate was fair. Another estimate was nearly $2,000 more (I wasn't about to hire them!). Available wanted the job, arrived in a timely fashion and were entirely professional.

Got an estimate done quickly and in a timely manner, despite the weather. We set up a time for the work, but weather again got in the way. The entire time Leo was quick to communicate and his workers were pleasant and professional once they arrived. The job was completed in the timeframe I was given and they cleaned everything up.

This is the second time that I use Available Construction and I have completely satisfied with them. Both instances involved fallen/dislodged asphalt shingles and both times the problem was addressed quickly and completely and at a reasonable price. The response to my query was quick especially in light of the urgency that fallen shingles as heavy rains could cause damage falling solely on the underlayment, tar paper. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Leo was the first one to respond. My building is a multifamily residential with 3 floors, 4 apts per floor. The roof is a flat 3,300 sq ft wooden structure with isolating material, wooden beams, plywood, basesheet and membrane. Leo showed he had a lot of experience in these roofs and made an initial estimation, reserving the right to amend it if the structure had hidden damages. It had, so we then agreed on a new repair budget and he did all the job in 4 business days. At the end of the job, without me asking for it, he gave me a 5% discount based on the work and materials he could save. Therefore I strongly recommend him. Do have the precaution of ordering him the garbage from the job well removed from the site and not to be left on the street in front of your property.

Being a partially Disabled Veteran and not able to climb onto the roof as I used to, to do my own repairs. Every roofing company I called only wanted to replace the entire roof at a cost of $5000 (for the worse (1/2) half of the roof) to the typical $10-15000 for the entire roof. Even the guy that said, "Pay Half now the other half never." Leo called me, set up an appointment which I missed, (in the bathroom without my phone didn't hear the knock at the door or the call) Called him back and set up for the next day. He came, looked, listened to my problems, physical & Finacial and agreed that he could do a repair on the area that needed repairing rather than replacing the entire roof. His 2 guys came, 2:30 pm, set up their equipment, worked till after dark, (7-7:30 pm) Cleaned up all the debris, I paid them and they were on their way to drive the 50+ miles back to their office. In these days of scams & dishonest company representations, I kept my fingers crossed that it was going to be legitimate? Glad to say I was able to uncross them as they drove away. The workmanship looks to be excellent considering what they had to work with, (repairing a 10+ x 10+ ft. spot in the middle of a 59-year-old roof) the next test will be this weekend to see if I still have a leak after the bad storms that are expected! I think it will be fine. So, because Leo was so willing to work with me, considering my situation, I would not think twice about calling them again. Of course, if it leaks this week I will be calling him again! Where do I begin ..I must say Leo and his team are the best ..if I could give them 10 stars I would .. once I contacted Home Advisor he was the first one to reach out .he came the same day gave me an estimate ..what I really love about him he wasn’t trying to sell me a new roof .. he gave me the estimate for the repair and also the price for a new roof .. since my roof was pretty old and leaking in four different places .. I went for a new roof .. Even though I got three different estimates which came in one was less and one was the same .. I still went with Available Construction LLC something about Leo I liked from day one .. His team came and did my roof in two days clean up was great .. They left the ground spotless ..my steps were in bad shapes they fixed it as well .. Then on to my chimney .. I have a new roof , new steps and new chimney.. He was fairly priced .. I would definitely recommend he and his team to any one looking to get worked done on their home .. I have heard horrible stories but I must say dealing with Them I had an amazing experience

Very responsive. Showed up on time completed job, provided cell phone pix of flat roof before & after. I felt the price was too high though & no discount offered. Price was more than a competitor quoted by ($500) but who never showed up. I thought $2000 too high for about less than 2 hours work. Owner told me the silicone flat roof sealer very expensive, about $500 for 5 gallons. Still overall price was high but few vendors who do this work. Selden Russell

Great work but did not come back to fix one or two issues. Came for an estimate, then got work to fix a friend's roof but never returned to fix one or two small minor issues (gutter cover gaps/chaulking) with the work they completed at my house. Called LEO back to fix some minor issues but have not heard from him. Does great work and I would use again.

Responded promptly, thoroughly explained the situation and how to rectify it, no pressure with making commitments, neat workmanship, all work up to code.

They came. They finished the repair. Did a good job. Left the site clean.

They tried to sell me on replacing a chimney cap and when they arrived to perform they were planning to just cover the existing cap. I had to cancel this work; It was not worth the quote they gave for the chimney cap The other work they did perform was OK.

Price to repair a few shingles was good not sure if they actually fixed the issue because the problem was minor only time will tell ? but happy to have a piece of mind knowing that I had someone look into it too them a few days to come to fix the problem after assessing what I needed but they finally came and hopefully did a great job so far no more leaking on my roof from that area

There was some miscommunication about the project scope and each time I called I never heard back, but within a week they came back and took care of the matter. Aside from lack of communication, the work seemed to be good.

Owner was great. Job was done in Avery timely fashion, crew was professional and good clean up of debris
