"Only" got 4 stars on the customer service because 30 minutes beyond the time they were scheduled to show up, I texted Leo and he replied that his truck had broken down. he gave me a new time frame and he did arrive then and complete the job efficiently. Luckily I was able to be home.

Very thorough and competent repair of my roof. Workers inspected entire roof for problems, not just the portion I hired them to repair. In addition, company was very responsive to my situation (leaky roof) and repaired it the same day at a very reasonable price. Finally, everyone involved was very friendly, nice, and polite. It was a pleasure working with them and I recommended them to everyone.

Great guys. They worked with me on the many small things that needed to be done. However, as some time passed I noticed they did not complete the full scope of work hired for. I reached out several times with no response other than one word responses back via text. Leo did finally get back to me and they made good on everything. Good value but wish communication and responsiveness would have been better.

Leo was wonderful and confidently told me what the problem was and said he would be able to fix it. Due to the weather it wasn’t done immediately but when it was done it was less than a day.

It's too soon to confirm if his repairs fixed my roof leak ... not enough rain yet. They used old, extra shingles I had here and he reduced his price by $50. They pulled up, maybe, 30 shingles, sealed underneath them, then installed the 'new' shingles. They sealed around the skylight, as well.

Leo did a great overall job. He went that extra mile and pointed out areas of concern that I was not aware with my roof and chimney. He was very flexible with payment terms. Great job all around.

Leo was very friendly, understanding and was quick. We contacted him about a leak in our roof, he came out the same day to give us a quote and was able to come the very next day to make the repairs. The staff is extremely professional and went above and beyond, will definitely be using him again in the future.

Submitted a request for gutter repair. Called me back immediately. Scheduled an appointment for the following day, but no one showed. When I called, the owner came himself later that day to give an estimate. His worker came later the same day to do the repair. He worked quickly and the repair seems fine.

Communication was good. They came the next day and resolved the problem. I do not know how long this repair will last because quality of the work was not perfect. The roof was not cleaned and dried properly before coating. After all, they wiped their roller over grass on the lawn which is disgusting.

I would not trust this company because I have a contract in the company name and they are stating that the person who signed it is not with their company.

Called and came the same day to give an estimate, they were reasonably priced so I hired them to fix the leak on the roof. They worked efficiently and quickly, took pictures and showed me other issues. So they were hired to fix something else.

This was a good experience, they communicated well, did a very clean and professional job. They tradesmen didn't waste anytime, just took care of business.
