They added more services that I really didn't need. They said I needed a cap over a chimney but it was not necessary because it was plugged and not being used. During very strong winds, the cap was dislodged. They came and fixed the problem. They even refunded the cost of the cap.

I needed the Chimney inspection for the co of my apartment, he did inspection, but he was not listed in the Chimney guild list for the township. It did not work for me, but Leo was very nice to return my money back to me. Very honest man and great professional. I will recommend him highly.

Very professional and friendly staff. High quality work and clean up. A problem was found with my fireplace during the cleaning which prevented use. I was given a quote to repair on the spot and they returned following morning and made the repairs. Very happy with Available Construction will work with the again and would highly recommend.

Leo and his teams were always on time, explained each detail of the 1/4 house roof + dormer job, and did outstanding work.
