After he removed shingles, he said he does not have shingles and can not get it. He tried to sell lot of other things. For 1 hour work collected $300.00. I think it is rip off.

Good repair on several things involving vinyl siding and masonry. Thoroughly explained what they were doing, prompt and great clean up.

The need for a roof repair presented itself suddenly, finding fallen asphalt shingles on the ground. Not knowing where to turn, I clicked on the Home Advisor site and ultimately settled on Available Construction, LLC. The contractor came within about an hour or two to assess the situation. He returned as promised the next day and professionally and expertly installed the missing shingles. The cost was a bit higher than I anticipated but seemed overall acceptable given the general urgency of the situation as I was afraid the roof could leak water into the house if it should rain. Taken as a whole, the experience was a positive one and if need be, I would do business again with this company. They responded quickly and resolved the problem quickly.

Called back right away. We agreed on a date/time for an estimate and they called prior to coming and showed up at the scheduled time. Also showed up on time to do the work.

The initial request was to re-attach the portion of the gutter that was separated from the roof line and I thought that pricing was fair. But further inspection revealed that the facial board on which it was to be re-attached had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I am satisfied with the work because it was well done, but I thought the additional pricing was based on the urgency of the job.

Quick to respond, I was not home when tradesmen did the work. The supervisor that quoted the job did not fully communicate the scope to his workers. Gutters were realigned and extra brackets added along with down spout exensions so we will see the results when it rains next, I will probably use them again.
