This company came to my house three times and the job is still not completed. Four people called me at different times from this company and they all said something different. Very unprofessional and dishonest. They told me that they had to change the plywood in the roof but after they removed the shingles they did not. My roof s now of different color due to their lack of knowledge. They also told me that they cannot put in the grey color gutters because they don't make them any more. I found them at Home depot. I will never hire this company again and will never use HomeAdvisor again

The work was completed in a timely fashion & the price seems fair. The crew didn't clean up well after themselves and the finishing borders around doors and windows look a bit sloppy.

Leo gave my call prompt attention. He was on time for his appointment and his crew installed my chimney sleeve the next day! They were quick and efficient and reasonably priced. He sent a man to complete the permit paperwork for the township the following day

They gave me a excellent price. They even checked my roof and found shingles completely missing on my roof in the back where I could not see and they found out that the chimney was loose and the flashing was missing. I had that metal chimney with a stainless steel cap, I think they ordered the wrong chimney it was to small for the space they put tar all around it. The Available Construction, LLC L gave me a great price to patch the roof and the chimney. All the workers and managers are great people always friendly. The house looks really great because they a great job. I highly recommend them to everyone that needs to have siding of roofing to use them. I think they do other things too and I think they would be just as professional doing them.

This is a family business and they take great pride in their work. As the project developed work was explained very clearly to me with choices should I be uncomfortable with their recommendation. They respected my property and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I will contact them for any future exterior jobs with confidence.

Leo is a very good contractor for installing the new gutters for us. Our project was very urgent and Leo was able to come in do the job early next morning. We have been talking to other companies as well. But none of them were able to do the job in this timely fashion. A good company! They will have many of our future business!
