They respond quickly by phone and responded to my house to see the problem. All employees were very polite and well spoken. They examined the roof and found the problem with leaking. They installed ice and rain shield under new shingles which was never done and found some other problems with the previous installation. The job was done in one day and they cleaned up.and took away all old material. I would recommend them and will used them again.

Leo was professional and knowledgeable. He was the only contractor that offered an alternative repair. His workers were there on time. They finished the job in one day and left my property in clean condition. it rained yesterday and so far no leaking in the back porch area. Would recommend to others.

Wait and see: Fero stated that the plywood don't need to be replace against advice of 2 other contractors who inspected the project. I hope that it does not leak again. They gave me a generous 3 year labor and materials warranty starting April 1st, 2019. You will hear from me if it leaks.
