Called immediately to schedule a visit. We set up an appointment for the next day. Someone came to my house in the morning to look at the project. Gave me a quote (very good price). A team came out same day--later that evening and completed the cleaning.

Leo and his workers did a wonderful job on our roof. There were a few minor problems when the job complete. However, Leo made good to correct them. He was always prompt and attentive in returning our calls. Furthermore, Leo was always pleasant and willing to please. We would highly recommend Available Construction, as well as use their services again in the future.

They were respectful, knowledgeable and described every detail of work. My siding was falling and they came over on a Sunday. They also did my furnace, chimney, and attic repair. Their work was a 10. I would recommend them with out hesitation.

They came to my home on time, assessed the job and presented the alternatives to resolve the issue. They were very pleasant and professional. They fixed the issue and left everything spotless. Would definitely call them again and highly recommend them to friends and family. Great job guys!!

Keep and eye on them, I went to away for 20 minutes to get cash, when I came back they were "done", since they were waiting for me I paid them. When I went to check the fireplace was intact inside. I called the owner and he sent another person which cleaned the fireplace much better. I saw my next door neighbor yesterday and asked me why the guy that came the first time went on the roof and didn't do anything, they literally saw the guy looking inside the chimenea and do nothing to it. really? On top of it I had to deal with a guy asking me my age and how much did I buy my car for... ah?
