NEVER AGAIN! They ripped us off. $700 repair bill and they didn't perform the work they said they would. Roof continued to leak!! I had to call them 19 times to get them to come back and honor their "2 Year Guarantee." I sent several emails on top of the 19 phone calls and they just kept telling me that someone will return my call. Eventually they started screening my calls and wouldn't answer. Then I called from a different number and they pick up on the first ring. It was obvious they were just trying to ignore me and hope I would just stop calling!

We had three companies come out to our home to get an estimate for chimney/fireplace servicing. Jesse at Available Construction was the only one who went up on the roof before we even selected the company we would use. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We selected Available Construction because they were thorough and reasonable priced. Matt eventually came out to clean the chimney and replace the caps. Great family company that we would recommend without hesitation.

The Guy who came from this company to inspect my fireplace was very dishonest ( first he says my fireplace is very dirty and needs cleaning, keep in mind that i havn't used my fireplace in last 10 years. i figured a good cleaning can't hurt so i asked him to clean the whole chimminy . He said he can't do the cleaning today. i said i want the clearence paper for Boro today. So he says he will give me the fireplace clearence papers , i have to pay $150 and i have to do the cleaning myself. i really need that clearence paper that day so i agreed. ) He don't do any cleaning and charged me $150 just for that pice of paper which i need to complete my Boro inspection paperworks. Don't hire them if you need some work / cleaning done..

I submitted the request yesterday and Available Construction sent a representative the same day to survey the work. He said he would send a crew the next day and they showed up on time. They were able to resolve the problem in less than an hour. They were knowledgeable, neat, and the fee was reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone else.

They didn't come at the appointment without notice. I had to call and they said they are at the store to buy matirial but actually they came without matirial and used mine. after the job, they asked payment without invoice. I asked for invoice and 2year warranty paperwork, then they said I need to pay it right away and they will email them to me but I still don't have the invoice and 2year warranty paperwork. It passed more than 1week.

Got the job done Fast. Marched the siding with no issue while others wanted to turn it into a bigger job. Honest Guy. Overall I'd recommend.

I will use them again in the future.

It was a very quick and easy job, and they were very, very fair on price. Only minor quibble was the scheduling but Leo & squad did some great work!

Job was completed a day later due to weather, they were very professional and kept the site pretty clean. Would recommend them.
