I had just bought a house and had my first roof leak. I contacted this company, they were out the next day which was a Sunday. Gave a fair estimate and was back the following day and finished all repairs. Very nice workers.

It was a freezing cold day when they came for an estimate and subsequently did the work. They were quick, professional and crazy as it was 14 degrees. All work was completed in a timely manner and done well. I would hire them again.

This company got back to me within minutes of my submitted inquiry. They arranged to come the next day to give an estimate, the next day a half an hour after the arranged time I called to see if they were coming. He said he had forgotten and came right over. He then gave a very high price for the work but said they would come then next day. The project was an emergency. The next day I had a text they could not come because of rain. They came the day after and began work before I was home so I did not see every step of the project. The final project was a bit rough, the pieces aluminum they fixed did not look finished and clean. I asked them to change it and they argued with me and said that what they had done would be better. They left debris and screws on the roof and on my driveway. They then told me they had also inspected my chimney and it was in dire condition and they could rebuild it the very next day for a step figure. That figure magically reduced by a thousand dollars when I talked to the manager 20 minutes later. I felt I was being scammed, an estimate by a different company confirmed that their price was extreme, it was more than 3X. The different company also gave a price on the repair they had just done that was half. If you are in an emergency and you need a very quick repair please know it will be at a premium but not premium quality.

The job is very sloppy and they are unreliable.
