Great Job at a price much lower than other estimates

Very fast turn around. I had a couple tiles blow off on the peak and heavy rain was forecast-ed. Leo had his crew fix my roof same day I contacted him.

Was not expecting to replace the entire roof from a leak in one section, but ending up replacing it which in the end gave me peace of mind in any future leaks even though it meant a bigger expense. They accommodated the work quickly and efficiently. This company provided reasonable price to replace the roof. Leo work with me on all questions and request I had.

Leo, and his crew was very professional, accommodating of what we could do with our budget, and punctual. Our roof, and Chimney was in terrible condition, and within hours "Available Construction" took carr of both issues potentially avoiding a long winter.

Aside from being an excellent craftsman, Leo was totally professional and personable dealing with my wife and I. We sincerely appreciate his work ethic and highly recommend him to others.

Still waiting on a chimney cap one year later.

How can I rate the quality? What do I know about roof shingles. I did ask to see before and after pictures which the worker graciously showed. Value for money? All work in this geographical area feels too high to the homeowners; cost of this job probably similar to other providers. The company was prompt and seems reliable.

They were very quick to come up with the estimate and schedule but then did NOT show up at the time promised. I had to follow up several times before they appeared. The workers did not know what job had to be done. No written offer or paper work provided. Spent only 10 minutes up on the roof so no way they could meticulously do the job they been paid for.

Work was scheduled within two days of making contact. Job was completed in a short amount of time. Workers could do a better job of clean up as several metal screws were left in my driveway.

Leo's 3 man crew worked meticulously while replacing the flat roof section of our family room. Leo had answered my HomeAdvisor project request the same day I entered it online. I would say he left a card in my door 3 hours after I had posted my request for a quote online at HomeAdvisor. Leo's estimate was very fair by today's market. As a former roofer in my younger years, I could see immediately that Leo knows his trade well. His lead man Oscar identified the source of the leak. Oscar and his two crewmen applied a GAF rubberized roof and as I observed, Oscar neatly torched it down with a good overlap and the melted edge sealed nicely. They ran the GAF from where the roof met the wall under the vinyl siding to ensure the edge was completely sealed, as well as ran the GAF under three courses of shingles where the flat roof met a peak edge on the roof. A job well down. Clean up was great. Not a nail or piece of scrap left to be seen. Thank you very much Leo and crew, Oscar, Ledi and Victor.

they were really good! they were through and they cleaned up well. Jesse was nice and great customer service.

Provided a quote and as soon as they started the job (2 days later), called to let us know that they found more problems and therefore they needed to take down the chimney and rebuild. Told them not to touch the chimney and continue for what we hired them and then they finished the job and did it alright but we felt like they were trying to get more money from us. Job was finished as agreed and we received the invoice as agreed. Just not happy on the customer service.
