Had our chimney redone on the outside of the house. Was cracked and breaking apart. Looks beautiful now. Took a little longer than we expected but glad we had them do it. Looks like a brand new chimney.

Jesse came out within a day of the request...gave us an estimate and had a crew here to measure for a new chase on our chimney. Got a call when the parts came in and work was done the next day. Only issue was that the installers didn't have an invoice with them but we recieved a receipt via email within the week. They also cleaned the chimney and not a speck of dirt was left in the fireplace or in my house. I would recommend.

The work they did seems to be good from what I can tell. I do not know enough about what they did to really assess the work. There were only two issues and they were not major: the second day the workmen returned, the main guy did not speak any English and I always want a completely detailed itemized list of what was done and each cost.

Matt & Jimmy swept our chimney, replaced bottom refractory panel in the fireplace as well as replacing chimney canvas covers on both our house and garage with stainless steel ones . Job was very affordable and Matt and Jimmy were very courteous and extremely thorough and professional. Very happy with all aspects of work done and highly recommend A1 for anything relating to fireplace and chimney.

Showed up same day to replace a chimney cap that had come off. Installed a new one. I was on the roof with them and they took the time in the cold weather to do it right. Very secure installation. Excellent job for a fair price. No complaints

The initial quote was low because a thorough analysis of work needed wasnâ t done. The day of workers showing up the price increased sevenfold and that included liners, which is a very common addition. That was disappointing, but workman were very professional and came and finished job on Sunday because a chimney needed replacing. For that alone we were very grateful.
