I cannot say thank you enough to Jessie for their help with my chimney. I called and they immediately scheduled my inspection for free and gave me the best estimate. They were very honest, reliable, and thorough in their work. This is a family run business and they treat their customers with so much kindness and respect. I do not usually leave reviews but I was so happy with the service, I thought this would be the least I could do! If you need a new chimney look no further!

They were supposed to install a chimney liner but they couldn't fit it in so they cut it in half and installed only the half. They were supposed to fix the cracks and seal the chimney but they did a very poor job. Just before the end they told me they need to rebuild the chimney to be safe and wanted more money. Everything seemed done very poorly and unprofessional.

Very professional repair of my chimney, no leaks around or in chimney after the work was completed, I checked this on a rainy day. A job well done. They also fixed some broken gutter brackets.

He is not trustworthy. He did not finish the job. To me, he comes close to a scam. He is not responding anymore, said he was going to come and never showed up. You dont treat customers like that. He does not care about customers. He still has not finished the job.

The workers were polite and eager to make the customer happy. They were neat and completed the work satisfactorily.

We needed a new chimney cap and mesh. They returned our call quickly, came by that day to provide an estimate, and within the week they had done the work and also fixed an issue with the corner of the gutter they had noticed.

The only thing I did not like is that the worker did not speak English and we had to keep calling the the guy who did the original estimate

I am happy with the final work. Want to mention to beware of estimates given by this company. On the day of work, Jesse came in with an estimate of $4000 more than his original and $1200 more than my highest estimate. I should have researched **resurface the chimney** with all estimates provided.

Came next day. Fair estimate. Work complete within days (relining and repair of fireplace). Polite, clean, fast, expert. Couldn’t be any better.
