My roof repair was not a big job, so I was kind of squeezed in. The boss (Aleks ) called about one hour before they came, i.e. there was no appointment scheduled per se for the job itself although there was an appointment for the estimate. I thought that appointment was on a Monday, he thought it was on a Tuesday. Once we got our wires uncrossed, everything worked out OK. His workers were very nice and got the job done. Maybe the price was a bit high, but I just wanted the job done and he did give me a break for messing up the estimate date. All in all, satisfied and would use them again.
