Al s knowledge of historical roofs in nj City sets him apart from other roofing companies. Company owner had a huge team with him and each crew member worked on a specific detail. The office team worked diligently to obtain permits, was very responsive and gladly answered my questions. I highly recommend UE Construction. Now, I know first hand why they have stellar reviews and are top rated in nj City. They don t disappoint!!!

Professional service and staff, I was told also if I had any concerns in the future to call and let them know and my concerns would be addressed. The roof needed a simple repair and was repaired quickly. Good to know you have a company you can call and do repairs your unable to do yourself.

Alex and his team were very responsive to my roof issue. They even came a day early to do the job. Alex explained everything they were going to do as well as discussing additional future work that might be needed. They stuck to their estimate were always available by phone and overall I was very comfortable working with them fo my roof repair.

This company is amazing. I was so stressed out about replacing my roof but they made the experience so easy. My neighbors used this company and highly recommended that I meet with them. After talking to several companies I was happy with the professionalism and quote that they provided. The employees showed up for work on time every morning and there was really good communication provided by the company as well.

They came out to my house around 4pm on the same day, i was honestly surprised because it was so quick. Their prices were fair and they were honest about my roof and the work that needed to be done. Completed the job is 2-3 days. Clean up was great. Alex is very knowledgeable about roofs and does a great job explaining the whole process. Felt very comfortable with Alex and his price was the lowest by far.

This provider was on time, was clearly knowledgeable on pertinent concerns, gave a far more reasonable and realistic estimate and cleaned up upon completion. Great to work with.

The person who did the quote, Alex was very helpful and available. He explained to me in details what needed to be done and why, which helped me understand what was required and made me feel comfortable. Then they were able to start the work within 2 weeks which I fell was a good timeframe. Alex was looking after the repairs and he was very friendly and great at communicating before coming on site and during the repairs. The works have 2 years warranty which gives me peace of mind. Person in the office was also very friendly and helpful. UE Construction was very professional roof company. I'm many satisfied with their service. I'd highly recommend them!

Alex did a great job! He's really dedicated to the customer and the work he does. I called on an emergency in the middle of an ice storm. My roof was leaking in my tenants apartment in the evening. He came out to make sure the tenant was going to be safe. I really appreciate his customer service most of all. The work he did stopped the leak of course.

Alex and his father who came to work were both very professional, courteous and honest. I had called them since I had noticed couple of shingles coming off the roof.Alex advised that roof needed some repairs as the rubber coverings around the flashings were completely worn out and there were quite a few shingles missing. Also recommended painting the chimney covering rather than replacing the entire cover due to rust which would cost lot of money. Very please with the work and would definitely recommended them to others.

Alex from UE Construction assessed the job on the same day I submitted my request. He provided a written quote with a detailed list of the work required. His price was in line with my other quotes and since he had done work at my home before (also through Home Advisor), I decided on his company. He made the repairs while I was at work and cleaned everything up before I got home. Pefect contractor experience for me.

We are extremely happy with the UE! 100% will use again! Prices were very reasonable, their communication is great, and the work was completed quickly. These guys did an estimate and the work THEMSELVES. Not like the OTHER guys, who give an estimate and send an outside contractor to do the job. Alex was attentive to our concerns about the soffit and places where squirrels were getting in. The work turned out beautifully and they checked in with us the whole time, so there were no surprises. It is very difficult to find a reliable contractor. I am happy to say that we have scored a keeper! I do not have to scour the internet and be afraid of disappointment anymore.

I appreciated the detailed quote and change process. The crew was efficient and did a very good job on clean up. They were careful to not damage any of the flowers and planting around the house and protected the deck for the most part. They provided options and the choices were mine.
