They first messed up on the initial taping. I was there for three hours since they were shortstaffed, but that wasn’t a problem, I wanted to make sure everything was right. Also, make sure you familiarize yourself with the price tiers they offer bc they won’t tell you unless you ASK. I came for one granite and it was hideous upon inspection, so I spent 30 min walking around until I found something I loved. At no time did they let me know that what I chose was from the highest price tier (when I originally came in to look at something from the second highest price tier. There was over a $2,000 difference that they only made me aware of a few days later when they sent me a new estimate. While out in the yard the sales person made good conversation but went through two rolls of masking tape channeling his inner NBA star in between taping the slab by crumpling wads of it and “free throwing” them in between surrounding slab groupings. Because of this, instead of going inside to get a third roll of tape we decided to call it a day since it was 545 and we were both sweaty and tired. He said he would cool off and finish up, but he did not. A different person finished up the taping. Then a manager called me to ask if I could confirm the tapings before cutting. To my surprise The halfway taped kitchen counter transformed into another bathroom vanity. I was super surprised that three people didn’t double check the work and it was sent out to the customer like this when the plans clearly state what is needed and if they just looked at the plans they would see that a piece was missing and that there was only one bathroom vanity ordered. Luckily I didn’t have to go back in to re-tape. For installation, I did not get a time of arrival until 4pm the day before. They did not call when they were on their way. They came 45 minutes early and I was not on location. Then comes the next surprise: supports are needed for both the kitchen and bathroom. The template guy did NOT tell us that was needed at time of measurements. We would’ve obviously installed them prior if we knew. According to one of the install guys, “this is has been happening a lot lately, and it makes us look like ********”, which is quite true! They are the ones whom get yelled at when the template guy doesn’t do his job. So now they have to use pirated pieces of Formica from the old countertops to use as temporary supports that I hope holds for 10 days until my contractor starts. I was slightly upset at this news and made it known. One tech understood. The other, the one who just complained how the measure tech has been making them look bad, took it personally when I referred to the company as “you”. The measure tech and install techs were different people, obviously I meant the company as a whole. Voices were raised and this created some uncomfortable tension. Over an hour later comes yet ANOTHER SURPRISE: the template guy, Joe, if I remember correctly, didn’t take proper measurements of my bathroom sink. There is a slight curve to the sink, yet it is a very standard rectangular under mount porcelain sink. It was on site and physically measured by Joe, however it was cut with a 1-1.5” overhang. Not the standard 1/8” overhang. Of course now the piece of granite had to be taken out and re-cut. We brought our sink in as soon as the instal techs left to show the production manager exactly what we wanted. He tried to explain his way out of it saying that because of our sink it had to be made that way, which of course is false. I’m glad I took pictures so I could show him in person how much of an overhang it was. He then said his guys said it was only 3/8” over, which the pictures proved otherwise. I sent them to him almost 3 hours earlier, but whatever. Fast forward to two days later, they were supposed to come between 8 and 9. They didn’t get to our unit until 9:25. The defensive tech didn’t reply good morning nor make eye contact. My fiancé was taking something off the front door and without even saying excuse me, he squeezes past and opens up the door, squeezing him between the door and wall. We dropped it. Then work is about to begin and the tech storms past us, slamming a power tool cord in the wood floor to cut something outside. My fiancé alerts him for the second time (I told him yesterday and he ignored me).. and the guy completely ignores him. My fiancé repeated himself and the tech says “that’s nice”. Mamdooh gets up and pulls the plug out and says “use the plug outside man, what’s with this attitude, we can go to anyplace else and get work done better than what we have been experiencing here”. The tech then loses it and calls him a “******* *******” while walking to plug the tool in the exterior outlet. We ignore it. He walks a few steps back towards us and says “******* *******”. Mamdooh and I both get up and Mamdooh proceeds to kick this Neanderthal out of our unit as I make sure to plant myself between the both of them just in case anything happened since I don’t know that tech from a hole in the wall. The nice tech finished the job on his own. Poor guy. The recut bathroom sink is much better than before, but it is cut uneven (wavy) on one side. I just wanted to be done with this company, so cutting my losses. The granite itself is gorgeous, but the workmanship, attention to detail, and service are below average. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

From the very first introduction to Matt my experience proceeded flawlessly thru finish . Matt was professional and knew his stock of slabs, which is ALOT. In fact after knowing I wanted quartzite and knowing the colors of my bathroom he took me to Hurricane Blue, a beautiful slab, but suggested I walk the yard. We were too cold so I came back at a later date and met Robert and walked around a little with him. All Granite has nice-sized samples so you can bring them home and test the color. When I decided to moved forward withe Hurrican Blue (thank you Matt), they sent Derek to my home to laser measure and discuss the project more - back/side splashes etc. Derek was thorough, professional and knowledgeable and obviously measured everything well because the top fits perfectly. Next step was to pick my particular slab and tape off the section I wanted. Poor Stan stood with me in the yard in a torrential rain while I hemmed and hawed about my selection between 3 remnant slabs (since I only needed a vanity top no sense cutting a full slab which are for countertops). Ben and his team of two came a few days later to install the vanity and under mount my Kohler sink, which I purchased separately. Thanks Ben and team for a great install. All and all I am so happy with my vanity top. I can't stop looking at the beauty of the natural stone. See the pics below.

Honestly, most of our experience with All Granite was very good. It's just the last bit that gives it a C. From the start they were very helpful and nice. Patiently explains the process, answering questions, helping us decide on granite at. Scheduling was pretty easy. A little bit of a glitch when we scheduled. We went on a Wednesday morning to pick the slab and outline the design. The guy we worked with (I forget his name) was very good. He pointed out the best way to cut the slab in order to highlight the best parts. Very knowledgeable. We scheduled the install for the next day. An hour later they called and said they would not be able to start until Tuesday. Annoying, but stuff happens. The install was fine. Again, professional, clean and courteous. Now the bad part. Once everything was done. we started to use the kitchen. The first time we opened the dishwasher door, the dishwasher tipped out of the opening. It still worked although a lot louder because of the vibration. Now we have to be very careful with it. It took me until yesterday to get back down there to talk to them. I went in and was asked if they could help. I told them what a great job we thought they had done except for this one thing. The guy was very nice but said they had nothing to do with that. They didn't touch appliances. I pointed out that they obviously have to deal with appliances. The guy who took out the old counter had to disconnect it from the counter. No very professional to make a statement that is patently untrue. I pressed. He was still very nice and went to speak with his manager. He came back and took me to the manager. In contrast to the first guy the manager was a jerk. I believe his name was Michael. He repeated the story about not touching appliances. He then made the absurd statement that we must have done something when we removed the counter. It would have been a little brighter to check and see who did the counter removal before making that statement. I pointed out that they did the removal. He backpedaled and repeated the "we don't touch appliance". Again I pointed out that it didn't tip out before and now it does. He asked when they did the installation. He said it was almost a month ago. How did he know we didn't do something to it in that time? So, now I'm lying to him? Another "manger" jumped in to reiterate that "we do not touch appliances". He kept saying my contractor could do it. I don't have a contractor on call. He explained how to brace it so it would not fall out. I asked with what. He said he could get me a brace. He leaves and comes back with a brand new, off the shelf, dishwasher brace. Interesting that they have that readily available even though "they don't touch appliances". I managed to fix it but this whole thing was absurd. All it would take was a quick visit to rectify the problem and keep a customer happy. We were going to discuss another project with them but we will go elsewhere now. Additionally, I am in real estate. Clients are always asking for referrals for contractors and vendors of various types. Despite the early good impression, I will hesitate to recommend these guys.

Response from Marble
Mr. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry for the troubles you've experienced with the dishwasher. It is our company policy to not attach our stone surfaces to dishwashers or other appliances. You will find that in article 2.4 of the "Additional Terms" section in our "All Granite and Marble Corp. Installation Terms and Conditions" that was given to you before the installation. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding of our the policy that reconnecting the dishwasher to the countertops is the responsibility of the homeowner. We were able to give you a brace for attaching the dishwasher because we our neighbor is a countertop care company entitled, Mr. Stone. We are pleased to learn that you were able to resolve the situation. The employee mentioned as being rude is no longer employed with us.

When they first came we thought they did a good job. Then when my husband came and inspected it, there was a 1/3rd inch gap between the counter top and the wall where it extends out to the island area. The work was not quality. There were some mistakes. The workers did not behave professional in the home. When they joined the two pieces on the counter top, the cut wasn't exact. It didn't fit perfectly the gap was way too big making the seam look sloppy.

Initially at the NJ location friendly and helpfuil staff. However I had a problem with my cabinets and needed to put on hold the installation due to alterations. When communicsating with this company over the phone they were not very helpful, multiple calls, no one talks to one another, or takes notes on your order, passed around multiple times and they seemed very annoyed at all times. They had to make an adjustment cut off an inch or 2 off the back of the slab and was told it wouldnt be much initially only like 30 dollars but they tacked on an additional $300 fior sending out the tempoolate guy again. Then the template was put in and the seam looked horrible. Luckily this time they were more helpful after I sent the evidence (pictures of the seam) and sent someone right away. The guy that fixed it was very nice and helpful and did a great job and fast. So mixed review overall- the inital meet and final meet went well but the in between was very annoying- and I also dont like haiving to write a bank check for the remainder of the deposit- feels unsafe and shady.

I contacted their central store, directly, not the local store. They did finally come out and fix my problem after about six contacts but I still would not recommend anyone deal with the local store, here. The problem should not have been there to start with but once they committed to fix it they were on time and took care of it.

Since their stoneyard (Ridgefield Park ,NJ) was affected by Superstorm Sandy, we were not able to reach them in the middle of our kitchen project. As soon as power and phone line were restored, they sent a person for templating and we went back there to finalize the selection of granite. Within a few days, they fabricated and installed granite countertops((L-shaped countertop with peninsula). They were totally well organized from the tour of stoneyard to installation. Online estimator was almost accurate. Communication by e-mail was very prompt. As our general contractor referred them to us, we recommend them to anyone.

First off we were really impressed with the selection at the stone yard in Deer Park even though it was moving to Farmingdale, it still had a great selection. The sales rep escorted us through the yard but really didn't say anything or try to help us out. After we selected a granite that we like we set up a appointment to have a template made. The installers came on time and made quick work of mocking up the counter tops and answered all the questions we had. We then went straight to the granite yard to pick the slab that would be used for the counter tops. Upon arrival they stated that the granite we picked just sold out an hour ago and is no longer available. (We already gave them a 50% deposite). We were really upset because that is the stone we wanted and they had it in stock that day. So we looked around the yard again and picked our second choice (which was significantly more expensive). The sales man did take a little bit of money off because of the situation which was appreciated and restored our positive views on the company. We then taped out the two slabs for which piece of granite we wanted where and left very satisfied. We made an appointment to install 3 days later! The installers showed up on time as usual and started bringing in the counter tops. Immediately looking at the granite I can tell they picked the wrong one. Not only was it the wrong one, the veing were in a dirreent direction and the corners were not rounded like they we had chosen either. I showed the picture of the taped up outline to the installers who also recognized they were wrong. I called up the salesman and he kept telling me I was wrong and it must be the light or it might have been dirty. I explained how i Have pictures and they are nothing alike. He kept telling me I was wrong. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not put one on the phone. Eventually he admitted they were wrong and sent me a photo of a new slab. They slab did not match the rest of the counter tops. I asked him where the original one was that we taped up and his response is and quot;I don't knowand quot;. He still would not let me talked to a supervisor. AFter going back and forth and having the installers call the boss directly, he managed to magiclly find the slab we picked out and it was still whole. He blamed it on a lazy fork lift driver. He just wanted to save money and try and take it from 1 slab instead of 2 and see if we would not notice the difference from what we picked. The side next to teh stove and one of teh window sills were wrong too. He caused so much aggrivation that I would never recgomend them to anyone. BUYER BEWARE. Take pictures of your stone when you tape it up and make sure that is what they install. Eventually they re-cut the island to the piece we originally choose. I called back when the project was done to speak to a boss about it but the salesman refused to put him on the phone. I was unable to voice my issue with any type of management there.

All Granite and Marble are great and I highly recommend them. I found them in a local flyer and we decided to check them out and visited their main location in Ridgefield Park, NJ. They have a very large selection of granite slabs in all different price points. The staff there was very friendly and if you give them measurements, they will give you a written estimate right there. They also take you out into the yard and show you the granite slabs that you can choose from. They were very patient and did not rush us. Their prices the best around and they give you a free stainless steek sink. When we were ready for templating we called up and scheduled an appointment. A gentleman came and measured and made some helpful suggestions on edging and lengths. They called back the next day to firm up the pricing and the granite that you chose. They promise a 3-day turnaround, but they said they could come to install the next day! We needed the extra few days to finish work so they came 3 days later. The men showed up on time, were very friendly and installed all countertops in about 1 hour and a half. All of the pieces fit to a T except for one which needed to be trimmed a bit. They took the countertop outside and trimmed it. All in all they did a great job and I am extremely satisfied with their work. I've seen some reviews that were not very positive, but i had nothing but a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone. Our new countertops are beautiful!

I thought their installation was excellent, their prices were slightly above average. The only thing unusual about them is that they make you pay cash before they bring the granite into your house, you're kind of stuck because if you want the countertops put in you take a chance. In my case it worked out, but it may not for everyone. They have the largest selection of granite so if you're looking for something specific they have a very big selection for you!

A man came and made a template for our counter tops. He made some excellent suggestions as to edges, where to piece the large L so it would not be visible and suggested proper overhangs for the island. He also recommended how to accomplish the joining of the window area with the rest of the counter. We provided our new sink to them so they could properly cut the opening. The installers did a good job although they were rushing a bit as we were the last install of the day. The window section of which the edge sets on top of the L shaped piece, needed to be trimmed about 1/4and quot; to make it fit better. They removed it and brought it out to the driveway where they field cut it. The piece fit perfectly and the joint looks like a machine cut it, well done! We also liked the ability to go to the yard and pick out our exact stone and request one unsightly black vein was left out of our counter tops, which they did.
Description of Work: We had an L shaped counter, A trapezoidal window area, an Island (~3'x5') and a small (24"X 18") granite counter-top installed. They also installed an under mount sink and provided an opening for a new cook top.

After using their online estimator, we decided to visit the showroom in Plainfield, NJ for an in-person consultation. Though they seem to have an outstanding slab selection, the level of professionalism is not up to par with the clients they service. The fellows at the showroom are all very young (not sure if they are homeowners) and they were unable to answer questions specifically. The generic answers were just not going to cut it for us. When I asked what time I could expect them for a template, the young man answered "anywhere from 9-5", to which I replied, "are you Verizon"? They also charge an additional $350 to remove the existing countertop and they do not put it back, put cart it away.. So, you are left ten to twelve days without a countertop, until they install the new one. When we asked about the workers who would remove the island countertop and expressed concern about the new gas stove, they were again vague about the disconnection and removal. It left us with an uneasy feeling and thus we have decided not to use them.Though the price is pretty fair, the headache that could arise from what we perceived as a cavalier attitude is not worth the savings for us. The representatives at the showroom need in training service for Customer Service 101.

Their price is good and definitely is of a great value for the quality of the stones and the quality of the service you will be getting. We were renovating our entire house and had actually already ordered granite countertops from a major retail home improvement store. But after we visited All Granite and Marble, we cancelled the order with the other store right away.... the fact that we get to physically see, touch, and select the slab ourselves at All Granite and Marble was a HUGE factor in our decision to go with them. I really can't stress how important that is, because it allowed us to ascertain the quality, color, pattern we were going to get. We initially ordered granite countertops for our 2nd floor kitchen and marble countertops for two bathrooms. We were so happy and satisfied with the quality and the service that we went back the following week and ordered all the countertops for the rest of the house (one more kitchen and one more bathroom). I would DEFINITELY use them again! MORE DETAILS: 1. Well-staffed, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly 2. Super fast turnover time: takes 10-15min for an estimate (if you have approx. dimensions of your cabinets). Once you select the slab of stone yourself, they cut and install within 2-3 days (maybe even less if you have a small project). Entire project from beginning to end can be done within a week's time (from estimate, to choosing your stone, to scheduling measurement appointment, to final selection of slab, to installation). 3. Actual process and timeline: you select the stones you like from the samples in the showroom, right away someone can bring you to the stone yard behind the office so you can look at the actual physical slabs. You can decide right there and schedule a measuring appointment or you can bring samples with you back home to see how it looks. When you're ready, call to schedule an appointment for them to come to your home and take actual/final measurements. Usually they come the next day or within 2 days. Measuring takes about an hour (depending on size of room, we had a pretty large kitchen). After they take measurements, you go back to the stone yard to pick the slab they will actually cut your countertop from. Once you make your final selection, schedule the installation and everything is done within 2-3 days.

this started as a wonderfully simple experience. you go to their yard. Pick out what you like. they come and measure and then they install. SOUNDS EASY....it was not.The young men in the NJ showroom knew as much about granite and quartz as a used car dealer. you are on your own...Once you pick they come to measure. The men they send, I beleive most are eastern european were rude and nasty. clearly they would rather be doing something else. After the measurements came the real adventure. They came to install...and of course would not start with out you presenting and transferring a cashier's check for the balance. Well, they took the money and cracked the granite on installation. So I was left down the money and a promise they would come to reinstall...but would do me a favor and reinstall when my bathroom sinks were delivered so they could install and measure at once. When it became clear that the sinks would be delayed, I tried repeatedly to call the sales person I was dealing with to arrange the installation...it needed to happen so we could move in in less than a week.He was never available, never returned a call until I finally said...NO bathroom...just finish the kitchen. As soon as they were losing business the unreachable called me.My message to him was "do me no favors and finish the job"....getting this arranged was not easy....phone calll after phone call...and each time you would call someone would say "who did you speak to "...well frankly no one really says at the outset that you are my client...it is like a bakery..take a number!DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE...they are rude, do poor work and you will be sorry. TRY to find someone who will work with you and is more interested YOUR project than their money.AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

I have used this company twice in 6 years. They are by far the most reasonably priced granite company that I have found. My granite was installed 2 days after they made the template. The product was nice and the installers were a class act. I am going to use them again. Eric Geleta Stewartsville, NJ
Description of Work: They were to replace my countertops with 57 sq feet of granite.

I have mixed feelings about the job performed. The end result is exactly what I wanted, so I cannot really complain. However there are a few things that didn’t work as I’d expected. The initial estimate went relatively well. I’d try to request an estimate via their website and uploaded a drawing of what I had in mind. Their file uploading system apparently didn’t work and they sent an e-mail informing me of this fact two days later. Anyway, I went to their office, was greeted and helped promptly and got my estimate within 10-15 minutes; good! Templating was scheduled at my home within the next few days; great! The guy that did the template didn’t seem to really know what the scope of work was, but eventually did what we needed; can’t complain. The fabrication process took a bit more time that what we were initially promised. We were told, both at the shop and during templating that it would take 2 days. It took 4; not a big deal. Now, the installation... There are a few things that I didn’t like. (1) This company seems to be very concerned about payment. This is not necessarily bad but it seems like they won’t do anything until you hand them the money. They literally came up to my apartment, asked me for the check, and then only went down to collect their tools and material. OK, I guess I can understand tht but it made me feel like they didn't trust me at all; not too good. (2) They were supposed to drill holes for the faucets, etc… on site. They did but first I was reprimanded for having accessories that were not standard size. I should have knows that all plumbing holes are 1” or 1-1-4”, so why did I dare to buy a faucet that needed a 1-3/8” hole? Maybe the guy that came for the template could have measured that and informed the installation crew? Or maybe they could have just told me they didn’t have a drill bit of the correct size, apologized for it and assured me they would do their best…? They drilled holes of an suitable size in the end, but why the attitude? (3) Similarly, they were not happy that the vanity (or was it the sink) did not allow for an easy installation of mounting clips, and again rolled their eyes at me. I think the guy who did the template could have taken the sink with him, have it mounted on the countertop at the factory, and they wouldn’t have had to curse me for making an on-site installation more difficult. In the end, they glued it with epoxy, which I guess is probably good enough… (4) They were very concerned about breaking the stone, so they really wanted me to sign a document confirming the installation as soon as it was in place. They literally chased me around with that piece of paper while I was checking the work. Actually they kind of forced my hand as I signed the paper, saw them leave my apartment and then… realized that the ledge that I also had bought was not installed… Fortunately, my contractor installed it the next day. He also repositioned the vanity countertop as it turned out that it was not centered with the vanity… So are they a bad company? I don't think so, but it felt to me like they were rushing and anything that stood in their way was a problem, and was my fault.

We originally stopped at their stone yard in Pennsylvania off route 80 to check out prices and get samples, the sales rep took us out to the yard and gave us samples of all the granite we were interested in. He explained that because we lived in NJ we could use the Ridgefield Park facility or Pa, whichever was more convenient for us. We went to the Ridgefield office to book our installation and the sales rep told us to call them when our cabinet installation was finished and they would come out the next day to measure. He didn't want any money up front and explained that they wanted half when they came to measure and the other half when they install. He went on to tell us that they didn't except credit cards, if we gave them a personal check we would have to wait for it to clear to before installation and for the final payment they needed either cash or a cashier's check. He was very courteous while explaining and I had no problem with this and I'm only mentioning it for information. They came and measured promptly on a Thursday using a paper template and they installed it the following Tuesday. They were very neat with their work and cleanup. My husband and I were very happy with the results.
Description of Work: I had a granite counter top installed, which included installing a granite back splash for behind the stove.

I am very pleased with their service. I checked a few of them(Angie's List) kitchen remodelling guys and felt this one was very reasonable and have a great variety. We could go to their yard and check out different colors of stone and select from the variety. The staff is very friendly and give you lot of time to choose what you want. It was just 3 day turnaroud from start to finsih. I highly recommend them. My kitchen looks beautiful.

The show room is fascinating--very busy but you are waited on very quickly. Don't go on their rather extensive web site and choose possible granite colors--the web site does it by names (like River Green) and the showroom has small samples displayed by number only so the names are useless. The best part was when we were taken into the storage yard to look at the large pieces of granite that we had chosen from the showroom samples. The salesman was very helpful; when he realized the kind of green we wanted he suggested other pieces to look at. We actually chose one of his suggestions. Then one of their employees came to measure the counters (a very specific job). We gave him half the amount in cash--they prefer cash and will do the job quicker if you give them cash. We got a receipt. Then we went back to the sample yard to look at the enormous piece af granite in the color we had chosen and we had to choose exactly which part of the piece to cut for our counters. (this is nice--as our pieces were small we avoided large seams amd dramatic variations of color you might want to have on large counters). They called ahead and came the next day to install the counters. Some trouble here-- when they came with the pieces for the installation, the man insisted on all the rest of the payment from me before they even came into the house and before I had even had a chance to see the granite and make sure it was correct. At that moment, my husband appeared and the man stopped asking for the cash ahead of installation. This bothered me as I felt they might not treat women customers well. The installation looked OK, but when our (very experienced and fussy) painter arrived he was annoyed and reset the granite saying it was wobbly and uneven. It looks great now and I recommend the place but be very careful of the representatives that come to your home.
Description of Work: We bought two triangular pieces of granite for the counters of two built-in china closets. We made the order at their office ; a representative came and measured the areas, and within two days it was all installed.

It didn't go at all! They have a good webiste and supposedly a good selection, but we never got to see it. You can go on-line and get an estimate for your job, which seemed very helpful. We had looked at other granite places and this place seemed to be offering a better price on a similar granite. Most granite places offer a free sink, so that did not impress me. They charged more for edging. What totally turned us off was a disclaimer at the bottom of the estimate.....NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE YARD. I called to inquire and they said it's a liability and no children under 18 because their insurance doesn't permit it. Imagine walking into any business and being told to leave your child at the door! The man on the phone told me that my husband and I could take turns going out to look at the slabs while the child stayed inside. I found this to be totally and professionally unacceptable. We went with a local fabricator and we were able to look at the slabs and discuss them like two civilized adults. I hope the money they saved on their liability insurance makes up for the lack of my business. I have a small child and didn't feel getting a babysitter to look at granite was an option. How do they sell to families? I gave them an F because they failed to even get me to their store, regardless of their supposed great selection or installation. Also, their pricing wasn't that great or far off from other fabricators, who actually wanted to sell me something!
Description of Work: We were looking for a new granite countertop for our kitchen remodel, about 33 sq. ft..

Response from Marble
We're rather surprised by this review. "Penalizing" us for following safety regulations seems a bit harsh and uncalled for. We're sorry that this person wasn't able to purchase from us, but we have to abide by these rules. They said: "Imagine walking into any business and being told to leave your child at the door!" Well, this isn't any business. This isn't a grocery store. It's a working yard, with forklifts carrying 800 pound slabs of stone. We care about our customers' safety and for that reason we have to limit access for persons under 16 y.o. because they may not understand the dangers that surround them. The member also stated that the price was lower than that of the competition's, yet gave us an F? That's not very fair. We can understand that they are upset with us but lowering our rating in spite is not a very grown up thing to do. One last thing. We are an AMERICAN corporation. Not sure what the member is trying to insinuate here. Convenience for our customers is obviously one of our highest priorities. That's why we offer the fastest turnaround time, the largest selection of stone, the best website in the industry and great pricing. But convenience will never supersede safety. We believe that other members and prospective buyers understand this concept as this is the first time we have seen anyone so outraged by this rule.
