It pains me to give a negative recommendation of this company, with whom I have done business for over forty years. Rather than correcting an honest mistake, Hamilton insisted on charging me for work done on a different central air unit than mine, and when I protested the escalated sending two collections without ever really reviewing carefully my claims. The owner of this firm, whom I have known for many years, seems to be standing back and letting his service people sue me – a first. If the firm is now run by collection people I would recommend that everyone stay clear of them. Sorry, but sic transit gloria.

The service was completely inadequate. Two people came and one gentleman did nothing at all except stare at his tablet. The other man vacuumed the filters, but did nothing else. The cost for this was over $500.
