 + -1 moreWe were very happy with the quality of work performed and the professionalism of their employees. The terrain surrounding our house is particularly rocky with lots of shale, so most of the fence post wells required hand digging...they didn't complain about this or raise their price. We have been complimented on our fence by all our neighbors and would absolutely recommend Taylor Fence to anyone considering fencing their yard in Central NJ

Description of Work: Scheduled a job survey to get an estimate; the gentleman arrived on time, we discussed the job including material selection and was given an estimate when promised. When the installation was scheduled the installation team arrived on time everyday and was professional and thorough. At completion the yard was cleaned up and a final review of the job was done with the foreman. Pleas note that several months later a had a problem with one gate (not major); I contacted the company and within 5 workdays someone stopped to examine the problem and was told within two weeks a crew would be there to correct the problem. A crew stopped within the two weeks and corrected the problem. In the end I was very pleased with the results of the job and their employees with which I had contact. Would recommend the to friends or neighbors.

Description of Work: fence replacement after a big storm knocked fence down. Salesman, Wayne, was quick to show up but the installation took weeks to get done..and it was incomplete. price seemed fair.others were alot higher. |

 + -1 moreArte of Taylor fence was a craftsman at installing my fence. It was a pleasure watching him work. He did a superb job and was constantly measuring so that the fence is in perfect alignment. The fencing met and exceeded my expectations. The owner of the Lavallette Hardware store across the street said that and quot;my fence was Gorgeousand quot;. Arte came on time and the fence was completed in a timely manner. There were some minor glitches along the way but they were speedily resolved. I would recommend Taylor fence to anyone.
Description of Work: Removed 180 feet of chain link fence. Installed 100' of 5' Cedar with posts 4' in ground Installed 52' of 6' cedar fence Installed 48' of Viking PVC fence Removed old fencing and assorted debris Cleaned up and restored the area after they were finished

 + -1 moreThey explained that they used better quality materials and installers than Home Depot and in 2 years that fence would fall apart. Theyand quot;w ere worth the extra costand quot;! They were reluctant to come back to fix some improperly installed items and had to be called several times. When the wood fencing started to come apart, they wanted $400 to come out an even look at it. Strictly a and quot;hit and run operationand quot;. Should have used Home Depot!

Description of Work: We had a fence replaced around our pool. They were two weeks later than they told us they would be to do the work. and they did not have enough fence to complete the job,because the first gentleman did not measure the area, he just guestimated the area. The men doing the work were very nice and did a great job, even when the had to come back with the panels to finish the project. Maybe they (the company)could use some management adjustment.

 + -1 moreVery prompt in getting me an estimate. 5 week wait to do the install. I was advised of the wait at the time of the estimate. Only company I could find that was responsive and willing to do a small job for 1/3 of the fence around my townhouse patio. Cost was very reasonable. Work was done efficiently and neatly on an extremely hot day.
Description of Work: Installed a 20' linear X 6' tall solid wood picket fence to replace a fence that collapsed. Dug holes for 2 new posts 2.5' deep. Installed new fence to meet existing fence posts on 2 sides that belong to the neighbors.
