The crew as meticulous, extremely courteous, prompt, careful, and just general all-around good guys. They treated us and all our belongings with tremenous care and respect.
Description of Work: We had a small grease fire in our kitchen which filled our house with smoke and did modest damage to a cabinet. Servpro was out within an hour of our call to recommend a plan of action, and coordinated directly with the insurance adjuster. Their crew arrived the next day to start work, and spent 7 days removing smoke from all surfaces in the house and steam/dry cleaning all upholstery and rugs.

air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreThe cost was paid for by the condominium association because the fact that we had mold was their problem. The roof had deteriorated to the extent that we had water damage inside. I was relatively satisfied with their service. They seemed to know what they were doing. There were some things that were a problem but nothing major. They broke some things in the house and left it in a bit of a mess when they were through, but they probably did a decent job on the work that they were hired to do. It took them an awfully long time to get going to finally do the work, but they came promptly and on time when they finally set a date for the job. I might use them in the future, but can't say for sure.
Description of Work: I used Servpro for air duct cleaning. They also did mold remediation at the same time.
