+ -1 moreBrian was a little late (about 5 minutes), but had called in advance to let us know that he would be late. Otherwise it was a great experience and we would recommend Peake if you need a home inspector in the central NJ area.
Description of Work: Brian performed a detailed home inspection starting from the exterior and working his way through the entire home. All along the way he pointed out and explained concerns or modifications that could be made to fix or upgrade parts of the home. The inspection included a radon test and wood destroying insect inspection and report.
