Nice Move Inc

Terrible. Scheduled to move at 2PM. Called at 1PM said they can't make it. After many calls they finally showed up at 5PM. 4 guys and only 1 spoke broken English. They didn't give me a written estimate which is required by law.

Three very nice young men. Who worked hard and did not complain. Did a very nice job.

They charge you a reasonable rate, which makes you think you are happy with them, and willing to sign a document saying you were satisfied. They then come back and add on additional charges, and when you try to recoup your money, they said ?you signed this that said you were very happy with it.? When I called to make the arrangements, they did not tell me that they charge a return-trip fee for out of state delivery. That was almost another $170 extra that I had to pay over and above. When I asked about the policy and asked why they did not tell me, they said that I did not ask. I have used out of state moving services in the past and have never been charged for the travel fee to return. They told me they would charge extra to have the quilting that was in the truck put over my furniture, but did not tell me until the day of the move. When I later called the company they told me that it was included and they typically do not charge for that, but refused to refund my money for it because I had signed the document. They asked for more money for a tip. The move was great, and had they not charged me extra or hidden their fees, I would have been much happier with them. They now will not return my calls, and I would hope that nobody uses this company. I will never use them because there are too many honest companies out there.
