Broadway Lighting & Electric Corp.

After experiencing random electrical problems in my home I contacted the electric company. When they came they checked the connection at the house but not at the pole. Not finding a problem they told me to have an electrician check my home service panel and wiring. Broadway Lighting came out immediately when I described the problem. Their technician madea thorough examination but could not find any problems. As the problems were intermittent they told me to call as soon as the the problems manifested themselves. When I called they immediately sent someone out but the problem would subside by the time they arrived. At 2 AM the following day a power surge went though the entire house blowing out light bulbs and appliances everywhere. When I called them first thing in the morning they came out immediately again. After examining the interior electrical system and not finding any problems they told me they were certain the problem had to be out on the pole and I needed to get the electric company out there immediately as my my house was at risk of an electrical fire. Sure enough the problem was at the pole. During this ordeal, Broadway Lighting's immediate response and professionalism may have saved my home from burning down.

They're excellent. They've very knowledgeable. They've even told me when jobs aren't worth doing. They're very up front. They go out of their way to make time for you. They're always there when they say they'll be there.
