AVSTEP was great to work with, the team started earlier than expected and completely fixed my foundation, not only with replacement block and cement, but added two different types of waterproofing as well. When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. The heavy brick and mortar waste from the building was promptly removed like it was never there. Would recommend AVSTEP for future building needs.
