Even though we realize that our bathroom renovation was a "small" job in comparison to what this company handles, we felt as if our bathroom was all that mattered to owner John Dunrite and his crew. We cannot emphasize enough how accommodating John Dunrite is, paying attention to all details, constantly stopping in to check the work, taking pride in the job, and even meeting us at a tile store to pick out materials. "Unprofessional. A complete and total disappointment. Mike was supposed to stain and match my cabinet finish and the color was way off, and he kept trying to convince me that the colors matched. Mike didn't arrive prepared with any tools or material, not even a screwdriver! Mike argued with his assistant the whole time. Mike and assistant went on a 3 hour lunch break, and ended up working on my cabinets until 9am, and didn't finish!! Mike returned alone the following day, I shared that I was unhappy with the quality of the work, he hung my cabinets, and did not properly secure then to the beams, and I could not put anything in the cabinets. I shared with him that the project was not satisfactory and he stated "when women start to complain, I have to leave, I can't listen to women complain". I had to pay another contractor to come in an take down the cabinets and re-install them securely. See the picture posted. The 2 long middle wall cabinets are lighter than the rest of the cabinets, they stand out. Don't hire this person, it's not worth it."

I Hired Dan Garcia based on his family?s company and reputation Dan Garcia showed plenty of pictures and gave references which looked fantastic. However, after my wife and I signed the contract Dan Garcia was a ghost. I hired Dan to finish a basement. The basement was blank and Dan Garcia was hired to finish the basement from beginning to the end. He did NOT finish the job. Dan Garcia did do some work but the bulk of all the work was done by 2 or 3 of his workers that had no clue what they were doing. Time after time I asked Dan Garcia about the poor workmanship and he assured my wife and I he would fix it. Mind you this was all via text message as Dan Garcia rarely ever showed up to do the work himself. Dan Garcia was very good at wasting Our money. Full five gallon paint cans left open with dirt and debris inside. Even 1 gallon cans of paint and stain were left with a brush inside wrapped with a towel in a corner where I could"
