Tony and Pablo are great. Very easy to work with, communicative, prompt, and genuinely interested in doing an amazing job with a lot of attention to detail. Tony takes his craft very seriously and his end product reflects this dedication. He is also very friendly and doesn't mind teaching you a few tips on drywall repair or painting tricky spots, as well as helping fix small items around the house that weren't part of the original quote. He also has a very good eye for style and design, and pointed out some great changes we could make to our plan that would make the final product look much better and still within our design aesthetic. Bottom line, his main concern is having a happy customer, and that makes him easy for me to highly recommend him.

Tony is wonderful - really an artisan - who does beautiful work for a great price. He and Pablo arrived on time, did beautiful work and left everything immaculate. They are also both lovely people. I needed 3 bedrooms painted, but before they came, I realized I had a few other areas in the house that needed patched and touched up. They did everything for the same daily rate. I highly recommend them and would use them again (in fact, I'm contacting them right now for another job!). No wonder they get such great scores and reviews on Angie's List - use them and you won't be disappointed!

Tony and Pablo arrived early each day and did not stop. They did a beautiful job and were a joy to have. Very friendly and personnable. They are very neat and kept everything clean. Loved their work and would have them again when I need work done.

Company emailed me and informed me that I was outside of their service area. Going with another company.

I'm not sure if I should do this or not because I am afraid Tony will get too popular and I will have a hard time rebooking him. But here goes. Tony was here every morning at 7:30 AM, he was extremely professional, couteous , and outgoing. Tony's an old world craftsman. He painted the downstairs hallway one day,came back the next day, noticed some imperfections, resanded the walls and repainted. Who does that anymore ???? My daughter is in love with the guy, regardless of the 30 some year difference. Tony has made a profound difference in our lives. Not only have we gained a painter, we have gained a friend. To not take advantage of his skills and that of his protege Pablo, is foolish. Tony will be back in a couple of weeks when we start the downstairs rehab.

Tony was very responsive communicating his availability and potentail schedules through text messaging. He was able to come a day early at our request to do the job. Tony and his assistant did an excellent painting job in our home. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use his services again and are happy to recommend him to others. Tony is a very knowledgeable professional painter. He was able to guide us in choosing colors that matched our old ones. As the day progressed we also found other walls and ceilings in the house in need of repair and painting. Tony was very flexible and was very willing to take on the additional work.

Tony arrived early every morning and both he and Pablo worked tirelessly all day. He offered suggestions and recommendations that I appreciated. The work was beautifully done. I will definitely call Tony for any future work.

Tony and Pablo were great - professional, helpful, and did a great job. They lent a hand without being asked where I'd overlooked covering something with plastic, and although I only asked them to do one wall of the upstairs hallway, they did the whole thing because they still had time left. I would certainly use them again. Tony also referred me to someone for exterior painting, who came over and looked at the job while he was still here.

Tony called me back and told me he was booked up and had no idea when he could get to me. He also said that he might be able to take care of me in September. This is completely unacceptable and I am getting a refund. Based upon their lack of communication and unavailability, that is why I am giving them a C. I feel like if their schedule was that booked up then they should have communicated that to Angies List and included the wait time in their deal.

Tony did work for us about 2 years ago and I knew that when I needed painting again I would definitely call Tony. He is great-a real craftsman, neat, easy to work with, professional. I will use him again for all future painting projects. Highly recommended.

Saying that I am absolutely over the moon excited about the paint and repairs in my new home is an absolute understatement. Tony and Pablo are truly amazing artists and I am so thrilled about all the work that was done. This is my first home so I was a bit apprehensive about all the repairs I needed to do. I joined Angie's List so I could find the perfect provider for what I needed. Tony was the highest rated painter in the area so I knew I had to have him. He came by for an initial estimate and I truly fell in love! He was knowledgeble, friendly, and completely confident in his skills. He talked to me like he had known me for years and he understood exactly what I needed. I felt like I was in excellent hands. The price I was quoted was $3800 and I was fine with that. It was originally just for the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the dining room/living room combination, the closets, and all the trim. When he came by to finalize the colors, I realized that I wanted to go ahead and paint every inch of the house. He then gave me a price of $4200 when we added the half bath and the kitchen. This price as well as the original quote also included ALL materials and ALL paint which was Benjamin Moore (only the best). As any job moves forward, unexpected things arise. Tony ended up repairing some water damage in the kitchen and hung my new ceiling fan, chandelier, hallway light fixtures, a bathroom mirror and a new bathroom light. He definitely saved me a few hundred dollars by doing so. The job took about 1 week and he even started ahead of schedule. Pablo was there before Tony to get started and the first day he came by he got so much done. I honestly don't know how he did it. It was like magic. All the pin holes and screw holes were sanded and patched and all the fixtures from the walls were already removed. My neighbors said that they arrived first thing in the morning and didn't leave until well into the evening. They were dedicated, clean and very efficient. Pablo was absolutely meticulous and all of that is reflected in the job they did. Everything is perfect and they couldn't have done a better job. The crown molding is shining and looks brand new. I must admit I was sad to see them go because I enjoyed working with them so much. I plan on hiring them for any painting needs in the future and I will reccomend them to anyone and everyone who needs the perfect painter. I wish there was something higher than an A to rate them. I cannot thank them enough for what they provided.

Can't say enough about how satisfied I was with the work Tony and Pablo did for us. Even though I made an error and sent him to our old address Tony rearranged his schedule in order to fit us in. He was 15 minutes early and did a better job than I expected for $579. Their work was extremely professional and they went over and above to make sure every thing was done perfectly. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen to do work in the future.

Tony and Pablo arrived ten minutes early with all the materials we had agreed upon. Both men were well-groomed, dressed in clean clothes, and were very personable. We only needed a few minutes to go over a few more details after which the two men got to work. Tony is friendly and really knows the business. I am the daughter of a painter/paperhanger, and I recognized the same attention to detail that Dear Old Dad adhered to in his decades long career. Pablo is quieter and works diligently and nonstop. It is clear that Tony's tutelage has been absorbed by Pablo. I feel both gentlemen took the same care in their work that they would have in their own homes. We would definitely hire them next time we need painting or papering done.

Tony came to my house and gave me an estimate for the work. I expressed that I needed it done within the next couple weeks because I was having a big party at my house. He got the job done a week prior to the party. He covered furniture and carpet and did an awesome job painting. Tony and crew were very professional and left my house clean. I had a small issue with one my walls. I called Tony and he came to my house the following morning to fix it. We had our party last weekend and everyone was commenting on well the painting was done. I would highly recommend CLAVELLI PAINTING AND WALLCOVERINGS LLC. Their price was reasonable and we were very happy with the results.

Tony and his assistant, Pablo, are simply fantastic. They did a high quality job in a short amount of time and were neat and clean throughout the process. They handled my possessions with care and really went that extra mile. Tony fixed my bannister which was loose, fixed a pantry door, unhooked an old garden hose that was stuck and installed a new one that I bought, and did this all free of charge. He even took out an old chair to the garbage for me. They were both a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them. Oh, one other thing, they are extremely punctual and I didn't have to wait a long time from the time of the estimate until the work commenced.

Tony is a true craftsman, he cares about the job being done right. No shortcuts. I did a big remodel, and I was a general contractor for my house. I had a lot of guys do all kinds of work for me, and I can honestly say that only One truly cared that it's done right and it was Tony. He was always on time, prompt with replies and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier. I will use him again when I do a phase 2 of my remodel.

I bought the $579 for 2 painters deal after reading the other reviews here about Tony and EVERYTHING everyone else said is true. Tony contacted me shortly after I bought the deal, told me he would schedule me within six days, and called me back within that timeframe and scheduled the day he would come. He and Pablo showed up at ten to 8, we spoke about what they would do and they immediately got to work. I was worried they wouldn't be able to complete everything and told them that would be ok (I really didn't want to paint all of the detail work and the built in bookcases so as long as they did that I would have been happy) and they did it ALL. Plus, in talking with Tony (who is a really delight), he learned I had a TV that needed to be put up and he mounted it for me (someone else wanted to charge me $150 just to do that). He also noticed our wood front door was beginning to wear and gave me some tips on how to protect it, and when I came back from writing down what he had said I noticed he was doing what he told me to do. Tony cares about things being done right, which is so rare, and he and Pablo are adamant about putting in a hard day's work. (They didn't even break for lunch). So my entire room got painted in one day, even with all of the annoying detail work, they were neat, professional, showed up on time and then also fun to talk with. Add into that that they also took care of my front door and hung a tv for me ? who does that anymore??? It's so hard to get people to show up when they say they will, let along do a GREAT job on what you've paid them for, and then go above and beyond. I highly recommend him and wish we had found him sooner when we had hired painters who charged us more and didn't do the quality of work that Tony does.

Tony did an amazing job on our Foyer. I was alittle nervous to have someone stripe my large foyer but He was very honest with the artistic choice and knee just how to make it very elegant. The faux finish came off beautiful. He was very punctual and he will be returning soon to paint more of my house. I highly recommend him

Tony was great! He was quick to come for an estimate and was able to start the work within a few days! The work was excellent and detailed, no mess. Tony saved us from having to get a handyman/contractor for some difficult jobs (like hanging the light fixture in a 2 story entry). I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Tony and Pablo were awesome! Prior to paint day, I called Tony and advised him of the paint I bought and the rooms I wanted done. Tony stated that they would come to my house around 7:30 a.m. or 8:00a.m. They arrived on time and were very professional. They worked very hard to get the three rooms completed within the 8 hour timeframe. Within that time, Tony installed my wireless door bell. Great, I now have a door bell thanks to Tony:-) They cleaned up after themselves, and my husband and I were very pleased with the job they done. I would definitely have them come again to paint other rooms in my home.

Right from the moment of the first consultation, I knew Tony would be my top choice in helping me get my first home ready to move into. Tony and Pablo were always on time and very professional. I found them to be very honest and pleasant to deal with. It was also a nice surprise to have learned that like me, Tony is a veteran who helps out his fellow vets. He goes the extra mile for his customers and its easy to see why he stays so busy. On the fist day he stayed late to help me measure and cut the baseboard molding. He and Pablo did such a great job with the prepping and paint that I had asked them to install my crown molding which looks fantastic and made a drastic improvement in my home. I would definitely recommend CLAVELLI PAINTING AND WALLCOVERINGS to everyone and will not hesitate to call them again for my future projects.
