+ -1 moreWe were very disappointed that there were "no-shows" for two appointments after an extremely positive first visit. The first no-show was for a family emergency and we accepted that even though we received no call canceling the appointment. The 2nd no-show was for a truck problem. We did receive a last minute call to cancel our appointment but never received another call to reschedule despite our leaving a voicemail requesting them to do so.

+ -1 moreHe is probably the best tile man that I have ever seen in my life. He has extreme precision and is very reasonably priced. He is highly conscientious. He is a young guy and is an absolute master at his craft. He is still doing things for me. He was here for a minor job. He has been working for me since a month. He is good. This guy is above and beyond and the best that I have seen.
Description of Work: I used North Jersey Tile LLC for installing tiles.
