I was given an accurate estimate, he replaced it, and even cleaned up the glass. I didn't even need to be home!

They replaced the damaged front windshield on my Volvo inside my garage at my house. They arrived on time and were very corteous and respectful. They started by educating us on what the job consisted of and approximately how long it was going to take to complete the work. They started by carefully removing the wiper blades and the windshield. They had a new cool tool separeted the old windshield from its base location. This tool made the removal process much easier, cleaner and faster. After the windshield was removed the new windshield was installed without any problems. They asked me to inspect the windshield to confirm all was OK prior to installation. After the installation was completed they cleaned the car thoroughly inside and out.

The job was done very professionally. George was punctual, he was attentive to detail. He made sure that door fit perfectly by coming ahead of time to measure and get the correct dimensions. I felt his price was quite reasonable as there are many companies that I called that do not simply replace a screen door without replacing the entire 9 foot window as well.

Couldn't ask for a better service experience. Office staff was so understanding of the situation, they immediately contacted the owner. He came to the house within hours! Even collected the broken glass and removed it to dispose. He ordered the replacement door - it came sooner than expected and was replaced without issue. A very professional company but with a very human side! A+ in every regard.

Went very well. Crew knew what it was doing and got it done quickly. Finished product looks neat and professional.

Installed a replacement heavy duty screen door. Made all of the adjustments to the existing frame, measured and installed. Good service, returned phone calls and arrived promptly on agreed time.

George ( the owner) did an excellent job removing the old shower door and installing a new glass door. This happened about a year ago. When I noticed a problem with the plastic liners fraying I called him and he responded quickly. He replaced the liners at NO CHARGE to me. His comment was " it's so easy to do the right thing by your customers so I try to do that all the time." George provides quality products and excellent service. His pricing is fair and reasonable. I will always work with him in the future.

While we knew we would eventually have to replace a number of windows in our very old house, we had no intention of doing it yet. We started this process only needing to replace one broken window (broken by our movers during move-in). Many other places we called were not interested in such a "small job" but George and Glass Doctor were willing to work with us. Since we knew replacing the whole window was eventually in the cards anyway, we asked for an estimate on both fixing the window and replacing it. It made more sense to just replace the window, so George came out to discuss our window options and measure. We liked him and the options we discussed so much, we actually went ahead and had 4 additional windows replaced as well. Could not be have been happier with the process....from an initial appointment, to our meeting with George, and finally to the gentlemen that came to do the installation....I felt everything was well done by experienced professionals. Our budget did not allow us to overhaul all of the windows in one shot, but we plan to do a few windows each year over the next couple of years to get them all done...and after this experience we will be using Glass Doctor for those jobs as well.

They were awesome, They were about 100-200 cheaper than a few other quotes I had, other companies wanted to replace it and gave me this whole song and dance, they came in, it was simple, they gave a quote, and did it within a few days. A huge thing for me was I'm a neat freak, they laid a drop cloth, and they vacuumed up after themselves when they left.

The owner, George, came to measure for our order and the process and time till installation were as promised. Unfortunately, due to the angle of our custom neo-angle shower the installers ( not the owner ) had a difficult time "squaring off" the glass. They called me into the room many time to apologise for the angle of the glass and was informed that they would do the best they could to make it fit but it would not be perfect! At the end of the installation it was completely off. I was not happy but was told they did the best they could to make it work. We contacted the owner, George, who came promptly to see the problem and argeed that it was unsatisfactory and he would do everything to correct issue. That was 10 days ago and today, after having to replace damaged tiles from removing of the shower doors ( covered by Glass Doctor ) we have a beautiful frameless custom shower door. George was true to his commitment to deliver quality work and to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend his company and would use him again without hesitation.

I called to get a quote over the phone for two, almost identical shower stalls. I provided the approximate measurements, the kind of glass I wanted (they helped with what is standard), and chose the hardware finish. Within 24 hours, I received an e-mail with an estimate and an example photo of what the shower glass/doors would look like. The estimate was fair based on research I had done on shower glass installation. Once the showers were ready for glass, Glass Doctor came and measured, the glass was ready in about 2 weeks -- faster than I had expected. The shower glass was installed without any issues and looks great.

We had been having ongoing problems with these windows for about eighteen months. They were able to give us an estimate up front and tell us what needed to be done. George, the owner, came for the work. He was done with everything within the first half hour. We were impressed because we had expected the work to take about an hour to an hour an half. Because he was finished so quickly, he checked every other window throughout the house. George also provided us with some tips on our windows and other brands. He couldn’t have been more professional, on time, and efficient. They were fabulous!

Terrific. The inner seals of the windows, including one 60" x 72", two 12" x 96" transoms, two large double hung, and one casement window had broken within the 10 year manufacturers warranty and needed to be replaced. I asked George to do the labor because that wasn't factory paid for, and I'd known of George's work from neighbors. He and his crew were in and out in a day, which seemed really fast since these windows are faux divided light. All the casings, trim and crossbars are real wood. Removing and replacing so many wood pieces was very time consuming and required a lot of attention to prevent damage. The large picture window was especially difficult. The process and final product were both great! There is real craftsmanship that goes into the proper replacement to these types of windows. George and his crew were definitely the right choice.

The entire project went extremely well. The work area was always kept clean and well organized. Very professional. We plan to use Glass Doctor of Ramsey again in the near future.

During a heavy rainstorm at the end of March, we discovered water coming through the bottom frame of our Master bedroom 1/2 round window. Since this occurred on the weekend, I promptly called the Glass Doctor of Ramsey office on March 31st and scheduled an appointment for April 1st. George Strauch arrived at the appointed time and assessed the stability of the half-round window and the cause of the leak. It was determined that the wood supporting the window was rotted and the glass would require replacement also. We were advised that a technician from Glass Doctor would need to make a template of the window after which we received an estimate for the job. We approved the estimate and submitted the deposit. In less than a month, we received a call that the glass had arrived and we scheduled an appointment. The installation consisted of putting new glass into our existing Palladian window frame; replacing all rotted wood with new; reusing the existing removable wood grilles; and prime coating all new wood. The workmen did a great job and didn't leave a mess in our room. In addition, the balances were replaced in the double hung window. All work was completed to our satisfaction, which is always our experience when dealing with Glass Doctor.
