Ed is very professional. We have used him for as long as we have lived in our home (36 years). He does excellent work and his very personable, fair and honest. He never does more than necessary to keep costs down.

Ed really does a clean job - the plumbing looks like an installation for the space station. He came recommended by a friend of ours who has used him for many years. I also liked Ed's personality and he was easy to work with.

I went really well. Ed came out, looked at the setup, discussed price on the part ($$$) and ordered a new pump. A week later came out with the new pump, installed and even re-seated the toilet. One of those thankless jobs that I was happy to write a check for. I've known Ed since high school and he is a man of his word, I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or heating work. He also had a look at my steam boiler, pretty knowledgeable on older steam heating systems.

They were fine and we had no problem with them. We would use them again if the work was needed.

We have used ER Jones in past and have liked his service. Our extended family uses him often and loves his work, and he does do great work. On this occasion, ER Jones came out on an emergency basis due to the water coming through the ceiling. He troubleshooted the problem telling us where the water was coming from, but not actually fixing anything, and then he left. We appreciated him coming out at a moments notice, but felt that we were overcharged ($145) for what he actually did and the amount of time he was actually here, and were a bit turned off by it. The problem still exists in the shower, and we have yet to hire someone to repair it. Unfortunately, we will probably not use ER Jones, as a result of feeling like we were overcharged.

Needed emergency service for a hot water heater that gave out and was leaking water all over the floor. Ed called back immediately, and came over in a few hours. He had new hot water heater installed perfectly after just a few hours that same day. Even cleaned up the water that had leaked our from the old one. Disposed of the old water heater with no extra charge. Professional and quality is excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

Moved into a new home that needed a lot of plumbing repair in bathrooms and kitchen. He was able to fix every issue we had over the course of a couple of weeks. Ed is the plumber my whole family uses. He is trustworthy and fair with price. Does great work! We recommend him highly!

Ed came out quickly to do an estimate and he was the most reasonable so I chose him. He performed the job efficiently. He also looked at a bathtub drain clog before he left. He cleaned it quickly and was nice enough not to charge me. I would hire him in an instant because he is responsive, thorough and reasonable. I'm glad I finally found a reliable plumber.

Ed is a very good plumber and he always shows up on time. He is not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but his prices are fair and the quality of his work is excellent. You can call him on short notice, and will always show up as soon as he is available.

Called and left a message. Call was returned within an hour. He cames the next day and fixed the problem in about 2 hours. Advised me of what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.

Left a message for Ed. He called back and discussed the work with me. He contacted my wife to arrange the repair time. He quickly completed the work, cleaned up and presented the bill. A very reasonable cost. He made the repair one day after the initial call. Very fast.

Very responsible. We agreed that he would call me at work when he was ready to come to my house and I would meet him at my home. Arrived promptly and completed the work in a professional manner. Took the time to show me exactly how to program all the settings. I have used Ed many times and find him reliable and trustworthy.

I have been using him for years. You have to wait for him to call you back, but he is always very quick to respond. He is not a twenty-four hour plumber because he is a one man operation. I think he is pretty fair in terms of price though. He charged $85 for the service call plus the cost of the parts.

Called, they promised to come out in a week. A week later they never called back or came out.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS. WHEN I CALLED WITH AN EMERGENCY THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO GET BACK WITH ME. WHEN THEY DO COME, THEY COMPLETE THEIR WORK VERY QUICKLY. THEY CAME OUT BEFORE AND CHANGED THE PLUMBING TO THE WASHER.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE ALWAYS HERE WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL BE. I DO THINK THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT THEY DO GOOD WORK ALL THE TIME FOR ME, SO I DON'T MIND.
