Description of Work: Had some really bad leaks in my roof. they came by gave me an estimate, I hired them, they did an absolutely outstanding job.

Description of Work: So pleased with my experience with Carlson Bros. Called them for storm damage estimate and they did a full inspection of my roof. I found out i had other maintenance items to consider.

Description of Work: Repaired roof leaks caused by satellite dish. Took two attempts, but problem was fixed.

Description of Work: They installed 3 sun tunnel skylights.

Description of Work: We called Carlson when I found some evidence of roof leakage in the attic. They promptly responded and completed the work in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable. As far as I can tell, they cured the leak.

Description of Work: I had three layers torn off and a complete roofing system replaced. The roofers appeared on time and were mostly careful when removing the old roof. Two shrubs were damaged during the entire process. I witnessed one that I would attribute to carelessness/laziness. One of the workers attempted to throw a 4x4 section of plywood to a second on the roof instead of climbing up the ladder to deliver it. The catcher missed and the falling plywood sheared off branches of a shrub. The second shrub appeared to be damaged by the weight of accumulated debris on the tarp coveering the shrub. I was aware that damage to shrubs would be a hazard as it was pointed out in the contract that Carlson Brothers would not be responsible for damages. A gutter was dented and loosened during the job. When I pointed it out to the supervisor he had a crew come the next day and they replaced the 20 foot gutter. Overall, I was very pleased with the job they did.

Description of Work: Removed old shingles. Put in tar paper underlayment. Added low slope roofing material, ice shield at eves.
