Description of Work: They removed an 8" ice dam in my front gutter on a Sunday. Their prompt response to my call saved me from having any water damage inside my home.

Description of Work: I had a roof replaced...total tear-off of 2 layers. Added on gutter guards and chimney waterproofing. They were incredibly efficient and got the job done in the stated time frame. They did "forget" to do the flashing around the chimney, but when pointed out they immediately upgraded the material to be used and came back to finish. At no time during this delay were they asking about the balance due on the larger roof job. They waited until I was completely satisfied before looking to be paid. That was incredibly refreshing...

Description of Work: They replaced 10 air vents on my roof with the ridge vent. They did a great job in a timely manner and were reasonably priced. They even cleaned up my attic where I had massive piles of empty bird nests.

Description of Work: Replaced all wood on upper roof, shingled complete roof, ridge cap installed and chimmy cap installed I was very pleased with this company. Also told someone I work with to use them which he did. Again this is a great company with a great price.

Description of Work: Mr. Carlson kept promising to provide an estimate, but didn't show up at the appointed time. He would make another appointment and then not show up again. |After three rounds of excuses and no shows, I gave up and hired another contractor. He should have been honest and say he didn't want the job instead of setting up appointments and then not showing up.

Description of Work: Carlson was responsive to providing an estimate and punctual with scheduling and performing the work. As two layers of roofing already existed (house and attached garage), they removed existing shingles and paper, performed some minimal repairs, installed ice and weather shield, underlayment, drip edge, pipe collar, etc. They arranged for new 5" seamless gutters and leaders to be installed and for the dumpster that was needed. We opted for additional rows of ice shield and for better grade shingles. They did a good job cleaning up and of protecting the shrubs around the house. When all was done, one of the owners came by to review the job and pick up final payment. Carlson also provided us with one bundle of shingles as spares to hold on to should any be need in an emergency.

Description of Work: I have used Carlson Brother's services several times already and also recommended them to my neighbors and they are my go to for any roofing and rain gutter issues. They have always been very professional, courteous and their pricing for projects have always been reasonable and affordable. The largest project that I had them do was to replace the shingles on the roof of my uncle's house and they did a really good job and even patched water damaged plywood under the old shingles. As you can see they charged a really great price and were able to do the job in one day and cleaned up so nicely you would never know there was work done. | |Myself, I have had them come do minor roof repairs and also they helped installed a kitchen vent, cleaned/rust proof treatment for two chimney caps on my house. I have been satisfied with my every experience dealing with them.

Description of Work: I call this provider for an estimate for siding. The came over within minutes and did the estimate and left it in my mailbox, eventhough I was not home. I called to discuss the estimate and they were very helpful and flexible with different proposal. I did not use them in the end because Angies List was running a good special so I went with them instead.
