2nd time I have used them- very professional company and am happy with the results

The job started on time and completed on time. The quality of the work appears to be very good. One of my neighbors who work with other roofers went out of his to compliment Carlson Brother's work. The price was as quoted, even though we requested an additional cone (since the original cone did not prevent the squirrels from climbing and jumping over the wires. Doug also took initiative and installed an additional tubing to further prevent the squirrels from climbing to the roof.

Mike (believe was his name) came on time and promptly checked both roof leaks. He proceeded to drive in a nail and tar the shingle area on the roof leak. For the skylight leak, he informed me that the roof joint was OK and that the leak was coming through the glass. He stated that he did not have any clear caulking in the truck with him but that this job was easy to perform by me. He observed a small hole where the roof and gutter downspout meet and suggested that a siding person be called in as he did not have the proper tooling to perform this type of job. I asked for his recommendation on a reputable siding company, and he indicated that he would call me when he got back to the office with a couple of names. I found him to be most professional, honest, helpful and attentive. (Note: I rated the Quality = "A" based on my trust on this person.)

The worker did a good job, however I had to supervise him. First to ask him to take off the rotten shakes. He removed some of the rotten shakes but was going to place new shakes over the some of the bad ones. He did this without complaining. In another spot he replaced one shake but the next one was also rotten with a gap where the water could enter the house. He was not going to replace this but when I showed him the rotten shake he also replace it without argument.He put some silicon caulking on under the door sill which was not part of the original job. I was pleased with his workman ship.

Carlson Brothers was a very good choice in roofers. We did not require major work but relatively minor repairs were performed very well. They were courteous and respectful. They were responsive to phone calls and arrived promptly.

The job was done very fast. During the work many gutter protectors were damaged and Carlson replaced them to brand new ones without additional payment.

They called to say they couldn't make the Saturday appt. for an estimate but came the next day, Sunday, promptly at 9 AM. The owner, Ron, came in to our house to examine the leaks and then went up on the roof and took digital pictures of the area to be repaired. The work was scheduled for the following Thursday and again one of the owners and another worker arrived right on time. The job was finished in about 3 hours.

I emailed them during the evening and the next morning I received a call to setup an estimate. After contacting two other roofers, I called them late Wednesday afternoon to schedule the work and they did the replacement Friday. Rich, who did the repair, was very professional. They also gave me a discount for paying in cash.

They were very professional and did a nice job. We would definitely recommend them to others.

The job was done done promptly and with great professionalism from start to finish. I was impressed with the responsiveness of all the staff I dealt with from the man who came to give the quote, the lady in the office who called to follow up on the quote, the roofing team who worked nonstop all day and the boss who came to inspect the job the next day. The whole job was completed in a day as promised and the clean up was very thorough. I would be happy to use this company again.

I called Carlson Brothers Inc to check out roof leak problem. They came right next morning. It turns out that mold came from shower moisture, instead of roof leaking. I really appreciate their prompt service and professionalism.

I have not used them. They came right away to give me an estimate. I wanted siding, windows and roof. I was wanting them to install Hardi-Plank siding and particular type of Azik trim. I requested references and address where I could review their work and try to confirm that the quote would include the Azik trim. After several calls and emails to the company, salesman, etc. They have never got back with me.

Checked the review on angie's list and the company's website as well. Called for an estimate and made an appointment. NO ONE showed up or no, phone call to follow up. Should have said " I need to replace my roof and the gutter" And they'll be all over you. Need a repair service on a part of the vertical gutters at my home, asked if they would be interested in a small scale of work and the answer was "Yes" . I have an old home that could lead to an extensive project. Too bad you missed an opportunity, at least you could follow up by a phone call. Luck of curtsy and professionalism. Don't know how the other people put up with this.

Everything worked out fine. They were fast and efficient, they did a good job. They cleaned up well and I was happy with their work.

This was a good company. The only problem we had was getting them to pay attention to our order for the two windows. They had to come in 3 times to measure because they kept doing it incorrectly. Then we had to wait a couple of months just to get the windows. There was no problem with the work they did but we felt like we weren't at the top of their priority list. The roof was great but the window project wasn't good at all.

Went well. A reasonable estimate and a quick response to repair. I wish all repairs was this easy.

I called them and they came out immediately and they repaired it and fixed the problem and it has not been a problem since.

Estimate was provided promptly. Work started on time and was completed within a few days, as scheduled. Very professional operation. Good clean-up at end of the job.

Small issue getting the schedule right, showed up a week early for the estimate, then it rained the day we scheduled to do the work, and it took a little time to get things on track. They did return phone call, which is a good thing these days.

I found the Carlson people to be efficient, punctual, and got down to business. As a homeowner and a single woman, this is the first time I have ever had work done where I did not feel I was "taken big time" by inefficient, rapacious contractors. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Were offered various payment plans. When we paid for the entire job up front to save some dough, responsiveness from company suffered a little bit. Some aspects of finished job required some repairs (don't know if this is normal with all roofing jobs) that were taken care of promptly. Some minor damage was caused by dumpster to new driveway, even after requesting at start of job that they take extra care not to damage it. Clean up was not great. I'm still picking up shingle debris and the occasional nail 2 months after job completion. Overall, I am satisfied, and the gutter guys did a great job.

Estimator showed up quickly, examined property and called in a week with estimate. We did not communicate well enough on days to show up, but it was rectified after some missteps. The Company was so concerned about this they sent owner out to discuss problem.

I had a leak behind a bedroom wall that was causing damage to the wall and ceiling. I called Carlson Brothers who responded promptly and an appointment was made for the next day. The roof was found to have a hole (caused by squirrels probably) that was allowing the rain to enter. I was told it would cost $225 to repair and re tile it. I believe the price was very fair. The work was scheduled for and completed the next day.
