They were very responsive to my phone call. They quickly got back to me with an estimate. I called them to say I wanted to schedule the job and they scheduled it for in a few days. They arrived on time and when the job was done, they cleaned up. Most importantly, after this past weekend of continuous rain, there were no signs of any leaks. I would highly recommend Carlson Bros

Who couldn't love him for that! In addition, he showed me the original finishing nails holding it up and replaced them with spikes that will never come out again. I used them again for similar work after a couple more storms, and they did a good job. They do good work and are honest, but they do not excel in communication.

They were responsive in terms of phone calls and correspondence. Their pricing was very good. Their appraisal and workmanship was very good. They went into detail about what to expect from the job. They gave information about what needs to be done. They were very thorough in terms of work and expected day of starting their work and when they will be finished. They cleaned up after the work has been done. The work has been good and I don’t have any problems with it.

The provider came by to give me a more concrete estimated cost of work to be done. He texted me, I gave him the go-ahead and when I got home that night the work had been done! Excellent experience. I highly recommend!

It went very well. We got proposals from 7 roofers and interviewed 3. Carlson Bros. seemed the most professional and trustworthy and his price was reasonable (3rd cheapest out of 7) We gave him the job and were very pleased with the work, punctuality and results.

Rich came in the time promised (morning after I called the office) and listened to my concerns as we walked the property. Since he had come alone he indicated he would not be able to clear the entire roof today, but we agreed on the area with the highest risk before the predicted rain storm and he set up his ladder and got to work. He removed the snow & ice quickly and didn't hesitate to clear the walkway where the ice & snow had fallen as a result. He told me they were extremely busy with all of the snow we had, and as a result was taking care of the customers with the most pressing issues. He recommended I call the office for an appointment to clear the rest, which I did. They are coming back on Sunday...that's right Sunday morning. I have used Rich & Ron before and have found them to be prompt, neat and professional. I recommend them highly and would not use anyone else for my roofing needs !

Carlson Bros was the second person I called to investigate a leak in my roof. I called, left a message on Saturday morning and two days later on Monday morning I got a call back from his secretary. Tuesday morning Mr. Carlson came over and investigated the leak. Another roofer came and investigated the leak and quoted me a price of $3,000 to replace the roofing and put a new section of the roof in that area. I was ready to have him get to work but after looking at the reviews of the Carlson Bros. I decided to wait because their reviews were top notch. I am so glad I did wait a few days. Carlson Bros. came over, did a full investigation and came to the conclusion that it was the satellite dish on the roof that was leaking and had a hole in it. Carlson told me that he could not fix on that same day because it was so freezing cold and that he had to wait until the end of the week for the weather to warm up to repair it. He came by a few days later, got up on his ladder and sealed the hole around the satellite dish. Total cost was $75. I saved $3,000 by choosing Carlson Bros. Carlson Bros was accurate, thorough, kind and very professional. He told me exactly what needed to be done, shook my hand, looked me in the eye and said I can take care of it for $75. He did later that week and now one month later with heavy rains there is no leaking in my roof and I still can?t believe I was ready to pay $3000.00. I can?t thank Carlson Bros enough for their professionalism and honesty and accurate attention to detail. I highly recommend these guys and will use them from now on anytime I have roofing problems.

Amazing. I really enjoyed the whole process. They were very diligent to get back to me immediately after requesting a quote. I was able to schedule a visit easily with the office person (Denise) who was very pleasant. She explained that one of the brothers (Ron) would be coming to the house to take a look at the problem and give us a quote after. He came on the agreed date on time and looked at the problem. He also showed my husband what actually needed to be done via ipad which was great since obviously we are not roofers! He immediately gave us a quote. We did get other quotes from other companies but we decided to go with Carlson Brothers for not only the competitive price but they're overall professionalism and commitment. I would def. use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Rob came out to give me a quote for replacement of damaged siding and venting of a bathroom vent to the outside. First, we looked at the bathroom vent. He was honest enough to tell me that I didn't need a new vent (as another contractor had told me) and showed me why. We did a walk around the house and identified all issues to be repaired. Rob gave me a written quote on the spot, which was the lowest (but in same ballpark) as the other two quotes I had received. Rob was flexible in scheduling an appointment that didn't even require me to be home. When I first arrived home, they had done an excellent job, but there was one spot that was incomplete due to the need to get into the house. We scheduled a time for when I would be available, but unfortunately when the day came, Rob had a scheduling conflict. Rich showed up at my house and was extremely apologetic. We rescheduled another time. Overall, the scheduling mix-up was not that big of a problem to mask what a wonderful job Carlson Brothers did. Their quality of work was excellent and I can't even tell what areas were repaired. I would recommend this company.

To date and during the time Carlson Bros have been caring for our roof, they have always been available and proactive in the upkeep of the roof. We have peace of mind having placed the job with them..

They were great and fast. They came back s second time time teak stuff at no cost. Summertime. They are reallybusybut u have to be patient.its worth it.

I had leaks in my roof....they came to look at the leaks as promised and they fixed some rotted out wood as promised...I would highly recommend Carlson Brothers they are very nice to work with and they are honest and trustworthy

Carlson Brothers responded to my request on Angie's List and scheduled an appointment quickly. He was able to provide me with an estimate on the spot. After reviewing competitive proposals I decided to use Carlson based on price, professionalism, and apparent knowledge of the project. The guys arrived early on the assigned day and waited patiently for my condo association representative to arrive. The work went smoothly. Rich kept me apprised of next steps. There were no challenges. Since installation it has rained twice and the skylights are air-tight. They look great and I am so pleased. Additionally, my condo association noted that Carlson did an excellent job and they were the best replacements seen in my condo development. Thank you so much.

Initially they returned my call for an estimte- I gave them the address and they said they would go out and send me an estimate. I never received it so I mesaged them through Angies list that I never received it- no response. I messaged them again on 9//11/13 that I was waiting for a response- no response. If they don't want to use the message service on Angies List they should opt out.

They were excellent. The price was good and they did a good job. They were professional and reliable. I had no problem.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. I contacted and had visits from about a half dozen other roofing company's prior to using the Carlson Brothers. I'd use them again.
