We first used A. Fazio movers in 1996 and had an A+ experience. I knew we would be pleased when Mr. Fazio came to my door this time and it was the same person from almost 20 years ago. He spent over an hour at our house going over everything in detail and then sat at my table and gave me a detailed estimate in writing. He gave us good advice about packing and organizing in advance to save us some of the moving costs by doing some of the work ourselves. 2 days before the move, Mr. Fazio came to our house again to double check our situation. On moving day they arrived with a professional, energetic and experienced crew. Floors and walls were protected, and everything was wrapped and packed carefully. They hustled and moved quickly too, which is critical when you are paying by the hour. They were just as good when unloading at our new home. They were very happy to move and adjust the items two or three times to get things just right for us. It happened that one important piece of furniture could not fit through a smaller door in the new house. Instead of giving up, they brought it outside and lifted it in through the window! Then they returned to our house to collect the items we need to store. Everything was finished quickly and items were put in storage in an efficient and organized manner. Our final cost was well below the original estimate too. Moving is exhausting and stressful to begin with, so having a reliable mover that you trust really makes it easier. My wife and I are not easy to please but these guys get a perfect score from us. Hope you find this helpful.
