I wanted to have a custom bar built in my basement and Jason from Gilligan home improvements was the first one to reach out. He came out and gave me a detailed vision of how he would do the job and took my ideas and exceeded my expectations. His crew was the most professional, clean and detailed group of guys. Halfway thru the job I was so impressed with the work that I negotiated with Jason to do two custom closets in my basement as well while the guys were there. Both of those came out fantastic. I feel very lucky to have found Gilligan Home improvements. We will be using them again in the future for other projects

We hired Gilligan Home Development for our basement reno. Jason and his team are truly professionals. They exceeded our expectations and transformed our basement into a warm, cozy place that is inviting from the moment you open the door to go downstairs. We had a vision and they brought it to life, and then some! Jason checked in with us daily to make sure we were happy with the progress and to answer any questions. I cannot recommend them enough and will be definitely call upon them for our next project. In fact, we are going to work with them in the spring to install new windows throughout our house. Having someone you can trust to do work like this is very important. Jason and his team went above and beyond and I am thrilled with the end result!

Any home renovation can be stressful. My goal was to find a contractor who could work WITH me to achieve my vision. Jason (Gilligan) listened to me and followed through. There were no problems, only solutions. All my concerns got addressed promptly. I wish I could load more photos because the transformation is amazing. It brought my 1030s home into the 21st century. Jason and team from Gilligan rebuilt my deck. They did a great job. They crew were on time, polite and worked back to back days and got it done on time as promised. Jason is easy to get hold off and when I had a minor issue on one of the floor boards, he promptly sent someone to fix it. All in all, highly recommend Gilligan.

Showed up on time, everyday. Work was done in timeline discussed prior to starting job. Able to make changes on the fly when it appeared stairs might be too wide. Brought their own dumpster and cleaned up everything when they were done. Workers worked well together and were personable. Company owners checked daily on work crews progress. No communication difficulties. I expect to rehire them for more projects.

Jason and his workers did a wonderful job installing my concrete patio. It looks great! They took the time to do the job right so that it will last for a very long time. When they were done they made sure to clean up everything. I was even given a warranty for the patio. I will be calling them again when I want other work done on my yard/home.

Pour quality workmanship and unwillingness to make it right

This is the second time we've used Gilligan Home Development, this time for a full basement remodel. The work is beautiful and the team was helpful and professional during the remodel. We were able to add/change things that we wanted during the scope of work with no issues.
