The job went well once they got started. Took couple months to start because of excessive rain. Overall everything was satisfactory. The awning was removed and replaced at my own expense. Best thing is there is no more leaks, Ya-a-a-y!

We contacted Garden State Brick Face initially because of brand name recognition. The Sales representative, Jon, was very professional and friendly. He explained all our options and presented us with a reasonable price. There was a minor delay caused by the supplier of the product we chose and of course we had some weather related delays but otherwise the job was finished totally to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with the end result; it feels like we’re living in a new house!

The represenative John was very personable and knowledgable. I picked GSBF mostly because they have been in business for so many years. I verified the price with others and was glad to hear they were prices were spot on. The first crew was not all that clean but I called and spoke with the young ladies who are also attentive and my work was completed to my utmost satifaction the following day. Very Happy and it looks great.

The salesperson Mark was excellent. He walked us through all of the options and choices and he was very friendly and helpful. It took about 5 weeks after we placed our order for the installation. We were clearly communicated to, via phone calls before each step of the process. Installation started on a Thursday morning. They worked full days Thu, Fri and Sat and put the final touches on on Monday. I was impressed with the way they cleaned up at the end of each day. The installation was a quality job, these guys know their stuff! The only issue we had was that our power went out but we were told that happens due to the hammering, and sure enough when we checked the breaker we just had to flip the switches and we were back in business. Highly recommend, very pleased with the final product.

GSB recently completed work on our house which included stucco and stone. They did an exceptionally great job!!! Their service was outstanding. Communication from start to end was extremely helpful and a special mention to Marc who guided us from Day 1. Also to Lori who helped throughout. Thank you for the awesome job- we are incredibly happy with the results!

My second time using Garden State. Job was delayed a week due to unusually heavy rains but the crew was on site the first available dry day. The crew was punctual, respectful, and left the worksite extremely neat. The work was completed in a very short time and looks great. They were extra careful around the wires attached to the facade and adjacent structures. I will work with this company again. Lori kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and was very professional and pleasant.

We used Garden State Brickface and Siding for a side wall to our house. We were very pleased with the outcome. We used Garden State Brickface to renovate our foundation and they did a fantastic job. Lori in the main office was extremely helpful and stayed in communication with us the whole time the crew was at our home. The guys that did the work were polite and knowledgeable. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves each day they were there. They answered all of my questions and made sure we were 100% satisfied before they left. We are very happy and would definitely use them again!

Garden State responded quickly to my inquiry. Sent a salesman to my home and provided us a detailed process of the work. A couple weeks later the work began and in a matter of days the work was completed. Even less time was used than estimated by the salesman. We were very pleased with the customer service provided by Lori who is a star!! Whenever questions came up, she was there ready to answer questions and provided quality service!

When I called, the man I spoke with, was very pleasant and scheduled Jon Titmas to come and show us samples. Jon gave us the price and we signed the contract. Lori then called to say when the men would come to work, which they did and they did a great job and very quick too. We had to schedule another day to complete the job and with weather not the best we had to wait a bit but we are very happy with the results. Would definitely hire them again and also I would refer anyone to call this company. A+++

Working with them was a wonderful experience. They took pride in their work and asked several times during the process if I was happy with the coloring and workmanship. I was amazed at how quickly they were done. They were careful with the landscaping and my new siding. I was pleased with the wonderful office staff and had no problems expressing my concerns. The job turned out beautifully and I would not hesitate in hiring them again. Great company with wonderful employees. Awesome experience.

I would like to give a special thanks to Christian and his crew for removing any doubts we had with the project. His team although hard to understand was very respectful of our property while being very hard workers. It's tough to do this type of work and still keep the clients property intact. Well done guys. We hired GSBF to replace 3 large plate glass windows and to add stone to the foundation of our home. We were so pleased with the entire process. Mark, the salesman, was patient and helpful. Christian and his crew gave us a beautiful foundation of stone and stucco that makes us smile every time we go outside. Ronnie and his crew did a great job replacing our windows. They were fast, efficient, and neat. What a treat! And we absolutely wish to extend a huge thank you to Lori for pulling all the work together. She did an amazing job keeping us informed and always followed up quickly if there were questions. She deserves a raise or at the very least a bonus! Hiring contractors can be a hairy experience. We were so pleasantly surprised with the smooth and professional craftsmanship provided by GSBF. We highly recommend this company and will hire them again when we are ready for the next project.

They started late in the season. Used sloppy and inexperienced work crews. During the power washing and crack repair nothing was protected. My entire property is covered with paint chips and concrete debris, window screens were damaged and a motion sensor light was broken. The brickface grout lines were slanted and many lines did not meet around corners. The brick tinting was unnatural looking and in many areas has washed out from rain. GSB used 3 different crews to repair the poor workmanship and could not come close to the sample we were shown by the salesman. The stair treads were seconds with unfinished edges and saw marks on the surface. Two attempts were made on the stair treads. First one they cut a landing tread and had a seam facing out from the front. On the second try the tread edges were not lined up and edge surface still not finished. GSB said they wanted another chance to repair their poor work but at this point we lost all faith in GSB and went to arbitration. This was the worst experience of my life and I would not recommend them to anyone.
