The stucco on the walls of our terrace, and on our two-story chimney, was done 12 years ago (by a different company). In the last two years, unsightly cracks in the shape of the cinder blocks behind it were appearing all over. It seemed only a matter of time before chunks of stucco would start sloughing off. We kept putting the project off, dreading the thought of dealing with contractors. Finally, after researching reviews, we invited two stucco specialists, including Garden State Brickface in Rahway, to come give us quotes. One contractor came once, eyeballed the situation, and gave us a quote, warning us that it could go up once they "got behind the old stucco". GSB guys came three different times to examine our walls, and then had a confab on our lawn. When they gave us the quote, they told us that based on their combined experience and assessment of our project, it would be firm. And as it turned out, it was. Also, the new stucco was perfectly matched to the color of the 12 year old stucco on adjoining walls, so that the repaired sections didn't stick out like a sore thumb. The project took just over a week. Office manager Lori checked in by phone every day. Foreman Oscar was always on site and pleasant. I felt that if we had any concerns, they would be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I would definitely call Garden State Brickface again.

The windows were ordered quickly and apppointment for installation was set, but renegotiated several times due to Covid-19 quarantine restrictions. They wore their masks and got the job done efficiently. They did an especially good job with framing as the house is old and had some rotted exterior wood. They made sure it was water proof and sealed and looks great! I was very pleased with finished work and they cleaned up well and hauled away all my old windows. No broken glass left anywhere. I trusted the men working and the company has long history of quality workmanship and products. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again.

Garden State Brickface and Siding redid the stucco on the front of my house. It was all cracked and showing signs of age. They did a great job and now the house looks brand new. The workers were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Garden State did an excellent job. Mark Pacelli arrived on time and gave us a great price. Our concrete foundation had sections that were spalling and we decided to put a field stone facade in keeping with the stone walls we have on the property. The stone was ordered quickly and the crew that installed it did fine work. Project was completed within a month of the estimate. Very happy with the way it looks.

They wanted $250 to do the estimate because its a multifamily house. Why should i bother????

Our salesman Mark was the consummate professional walking us through our options and providing recommendations for correcting some Stucco issues. We ended up having them apply elastomeric paint and recaulked all windows and doors. This was no small job. The foreman Greg was a true pleasure to deal with. They kept the work area clean and made sure that scaffolding and supplies were out of the way once they finished each day. When Greg would catch me in the mornings he would always ask what I thought, walk me through the progress and any concerns and made sure that I was happy with the work they were doing. It looks like I have a brand new house now. I highly recommend Garden State Brickface and Siding.

Called Garden State seeking a company qualified to repair EIFS. I was told when I called they could help me resolve my problems, so I scheduled an appointment to have someone come to my home the following week to provide me with an estimate for the repairs. Met with Mark who inspected the various problems on my home, including disintegrating EIFS topcoat on window sills and decorative masonry wall tops, as well as puncture holes around the garage. He explained how they perform the necessary repairs and also informed me that they offer refinishing of surfaces with a breathable acrylic paint which will help prevent further deterioration and freshen up the faded colors on my home. Since my home is 15 years old, I decided to get all the work done provided it would be able to be done before the cold fall weather set in for the season since it was already October. Much to my surprise, they were able to have a crew ready to start the following week. The crew set up scaffolding, covered all surfaces not being painted and began the repairs. They crew was very pleasant, answered my questions regarding the work, and did a great job in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Garden State Brickface & Siding to anyone in need of this type of work on their home.

Very well. The sales agent clearly understood our needs. The workers were very neat. Nothing was left behind except for a little dust. The project was a bit expensive but worth the price, based on their reputation and 5 year warranty

I contracted Garden State about 15 years ago to replace my siding. It was a good experience so I recently contracted them for window replacement. They installed 7 double hung windows in 1 day. The installers worked 11 hours straight to complete in one day. It's so hard to find skilled workers these days, but this crew was exceptional and I would highly recommend them. The cost was reasonable compared to Anderson for what I believe to be very comparable windows. Also, the timeline was accurate, I was told about 2 months from the signing of the contract since each window is custom made. It was right around 2 months and the job is now complete.

It went great! The salesman was friendly and treated us like his friends rather than his customers. The installation took 2 days and the product is of high quality. We are very happy with how it turned out.

Very quick and easy process. The installation was hassle free and efficient and the work was top notch. Lori at the office was always on top on the process and very helpful.

The workers are very respectful and are very punctual. Amazing job at doing the siding, my whole family loves it and it looks like a brand new house. Really glad I spent my money on this.

I would like to thank GSB for the excellent job they did refurbishing and coating the retaining wall around my house. The professionalism came through immediately. it started when their representative, Mark, suggested a much less costly solution to the problem than the one I originally planned . the price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner given the rainy weather. They asked for my approval after every phase of the work. The two young men who did most of the labor were especially careful, skillful and thorough. I can't praise them enough for their masonry and painting skills and neatness.. Thanks for a great job well done.
