Description of Work: I contacted Garden State Brickface & Siding because I had a water leak coming from my chimney with water damage around the fireplace and living room ceiling. Mark, Senior Design Consultant, assessed the situation and he and the production staff recommended the following: heavy gauge power wash, scrape out loose mortar and re-point with new mortar, remove existing chimney cap and install a new fitted chimney cap and apply heavy duty commercial water repellent – Protectosil over stone surfaces of chimney. Michael, General Manager, provided a work order with a payment schedule. The technicians performed the work professionally, and Brian ensured the chimney cap was cut appropriately and affixed correctly. Lori and Nina answered any additional questions I had, and provided spec sheets and insurance certificate. I would highly recommend Garden State Brickface & Siding for chimney and masonry repair.

Description of Work: Initially I called them to brickface my chimney. I wasn't even aware of them carrying siding. I'm so glad I found them! As an architect, I can be very meticulous. I've got nothing but high praise for the team. My first contact was with Jon Titmus. He came to the house and offered several options, including financing. After I hired them, Lori from their office checked in a few times to check colors, timing, permit status, and dumpster delivery. Not too little contact and not too much. They arrived when they said they would. Marcus, the forman went through my concerns and special things to keep an eye on, or to prep for work outside their scope. Patrick, the lead installer was patient, careful and a craftsman with the aluminum trim. He custom bent the trim for all the windows and doors. Nothing was pre-made. My house was built in 1870. Nothing is square and nothing is standard. He custom bent and cut to fit perfectly around every opening. Upon removing the old siding, we found a closed in old window. They jumped right into opening it up. I ordered an exhaust fan for next day delivery and created an opening for them for the next day. Well, long story short, my fault, siding needed to be cut out and replaced. Not a wince from them. They just did it without any problem. I've hardly ever written a review, and certainly nothing this long. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. My house looks amazing! Thanks to Garden State Brickface and Siding.

Description of Work: GSB installed brick face to the front foundation wall of my home. In it's present condition, the wall was ugly, and had surface cracks. GSB repaired all the cracks, then applied their mortar over lath system, including a stainless steel j-bead on top and sides ensure than moisture would not get behind the mortar. Then, they finished it off in their traditional brick face design, using a three color mix. Now, the front of my home is something to be proud of, instead of an eyesore!

Description of Work: We recently had mason and stucco work done by Garden State Brickface and it was a satisfying experience from the beginning to the end. We received at least 5 estimates from various masons and none were as professional or could do all the work that we needed done (stucco, chimney repair, etc.) as Garden State Brickface. The sales rep came out to our house, explained the details of the entire process and provided us with a reasonable quote and financing options. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day. When they didn't have some specific equipment on the truck the first weekend, they came back the following weekend to complete the job. I would recommend Garden State Brickface to anyone looking for masonry repair on their house and would happily use them on future projects.
