Reported missing parts and was told in no uncertain terms that the parts would not be provided (although I paid for them). The reason given was that I did not purchase 20 or 30 doors. Why bother offering retail sales on a web site if retail customers are of no interest or value. It was also inferred that I was attempting to obtain "additional" parts free of charge. Insulting and uncalled for. I am now left with the option of paying twice or ending up with a door with no handles. In addition, the jamb was poorly constructed and the overall door design is poor. I would advise avoiding this business. The worst customer service that I've ever encountered.

Incomplete deliveries. Damaged goods. Supplier has not delivered necessary door parts. 6 doors lacks jams. Other HW still missing. Incredibly bad customer service. Phone calls not returned.
