I recently used Bella Casa Cleaning for a move out and was really pleased with the service. Maria and her team were punctual professional, and hard working throughout the process. When the crew was done, the apartment sparkled and smelled wonderfully fresh and clean. I would recommend Bella Casa without hesitation.

Maria was very easy to work with, was very responsive and flexible, and worked with us to meet our specific home-cleaning needs at a reasonable price. Her team came on time, work efficiently, and generally did a very good job. We will continue using Bella Casa cleaning going forward.

I contacted Maria I believe on 8/31 to see if I could set up an appointment to have part of my husband's elderly uncle's house cleaned before he returned home from rehabilitation on 9/3 and in preparation for a live-in caregiver. Maria made arrangemetns right away to meet me at the house to go over everything we wanted done and to give us an estimate. The house had been extremely neglected and the kitchen in particular was a major job and way beyond a normal type cleaning project. With such short notice, Maria reworked her schedule so two of her girls could come do the job to meet our deadline, and because the kitchen needed so much work, Maria said she would also come and work on the kitchen as well. She organized everything so that everyone knew what they would be tackling when they arrived. Angie came first and started on the refrigerator. When Andrea came, she started cleaning the bedroom and then the bathroom. Maria came after and started attacking the rest of the kitchen. The cabinets were painted white and the doors were dirty and sticky and stained with grease from years of buildup running down them on the inside and outside. Maria scrubbed all the cabinets and removed the contents from inside some of the cabinets and cleaned the shelves inside and the contents. She also cleaned the range hood, countertops, microwave (inside and out), toaster, electric can opener. I'm sure I am missing other things that were cleaned. Unfortunately, because the kitchen was in such bad condition, it was impossible to empty all the cabinets and clean everything in one afternoon. At the end of the afternoon, I asked Maria to clean the kitch floor. She got on her hands and knees and cleaned the floor as much as possible. Again, there just was no more time left in the day to get it back to the condition she wanted because of how neglected it was. I was extremely happy how everything was cleaned. The bedroom and bathroom looked great. They cleaned and organized the vanity cabinet in the bathroom as well. Angie did a fantastic job on the inside of the refrigerator, which was also beyond normal cleaning. She had to remove all the shelves and drawers and soak them in the bathrub. She also spent a lot of time outside scrubbing the oven racks. The oven is much cleaner after years of buildup of grease and so is the rest of the kitchen. What a huge improvement! This was a very old and neglected kitchen, so it would be impossible for anyone to get it back to original condition. I was very satisfied with how everything was cleaned with only having one afternoon and the extremely neglected condition of the kitchen. All three women worked very hard and take pride in what they do. Everyone was very nice and were willing to clean whatever I asked them to clean. I would definitely use Casa Bella's cleaning service again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Where do I begin....Maria is so amazing, she contacted me in short time, and came to my home the SAME day on a weekday EVENING, which was convenient for me, to look it over and provide me with a quote. Now I need to explain that my home was in pretty bad shape. I work full time and have a birth mother with dementia and bi-polar disorder living with me. Additionally, I have responsibility for her sister who is also suffering from dementia, so with managing their care and their laundry, medical appointments, and working, there is not much time left and the house just got out of control. I was very embarrassed by the condition of my home and Maria completely understood, did not judge me and proceeded to give me amazing suggestions and set up a time for an immediate cleaning. Well, when I came home that day, I broke into tears, my home was CLEAN, and I mean CLEAN. The AIR smelled CLEAN... I just cannot describe how fantastic everything looked. I just kept walking back and forth, spinning around and admiring how wonderful my house finally looked. They cleaned everything, base boards, floors, dusted... things that I did not even think of cleaning they cleaned. Since the initial cleaning, they come every other week, which is perfect for me. The last time they came, I just want to point out, that when I moved into my unit, the last person had not cleaned the toilet bowl since forever and I tried and tried, but the matter just would not come out and I just assumed it was embedded into the enamel and eventually I would have to replace the entire fixture. Well, I came home and went into the bathroom and I do not know how they did it, but it was spotless, the matter was gone and the bowl was sparkly white again. If you are considering a cleaning service, you need to absolutely, positively hire Bella Casa. You will be so pleased with their service and the care they put into your home!

Extremely pleased with the service provided. Maria came to my home to review what needed to be done and made sure all my needs were addressed. She got a team together within days. Her team of angels made everything shine and look like new.

I am super impressed with the service! I contacted Maria through Angie's List, and she got back to me quickly. I spoke with her over the phone to discuss the services we were seeking. Maria worked around my crazy schedule, and came to look at the house on a weekday evening. After taking a look, she promised that she would work up an estimate and get back to us shortly. She did...in a few hours! She provided pricing for a first-time, deep cleaning, which was an excellent price. She also gave me pricing options for regular cleaning. We then set a date for the first cleaning. Our cleaning time was scheduled for 9:30. Maria and her wonderful crew arrived at 9:15...prompt! Maria came in with the crew to show them around the house and give them instructions on certain areas to pay special attention. Once Maria left, three members of her crew remained and cleaned the house from top to bottom. We didn't leave the house, so they were great about working around us. They did a FANTASTIC job! I was extremely satisfied with their skill, attention to detail, and professionalism. The deep cleaning took about 3 to 4 hours, and the end result was great.I would absolutely, without question, and wholeheartedly recommend Bella Casa to anyone looking to have their home immaculately cleaned at a reasonable price. GREAT JOB!

The initial house cleaning was done a few weeks ago and now I have weekly service. They are very thorough. I have used other cleaning services and they have never done as complete a job as Bella Casa. There were a few minor things that I wasn't happy with and I reached out to them. They were very responsive and did it exactly how I wanted. This is the first cleaning service that has listened to my feedback and done things how I like them. I should mention that I am very particular about how my house is cleaned and I am very pleased. When I come home after my house is cleaned, I can tell that everything has been cleaned. Nothing has been skipped.

This was my initial service with Bella Casa. Maria came with another person, Cassie, and got to work immediately. Since it was the initial cleaning the cost was a bit higher than the cost of ongoing service. She came with a full supply of cleaning products and also will use your products if that's what you want. They cleaned everything including blinds, cleaned my kitchen cabinets with wood cleaner, thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathroom and performed all the customary services, dusting, windexing, vacuuming, etc. they moved most of the furniture and cleaned behind the pieces. Some pieces were too heavy to move. My bed is Mission style and has many slats and it was all dusted. Maria also confirmed several times during the week prior to coming today so she definitely has open communication. I also felt comfortable with her attitude towards pleasing me. She wanted to know that I was happy with the service and if I didn't care for the way something was cleaned, she definitely wanted the feedback. I had no complaints! She will be coming every three weeks to start.

We are extremely pleased with Bella Casa Cleaning Service! Maria, the owner, is very professional and the 2 women that clean our home are always on time and do an AMAZING job. Specifically, here is what we LOVE about the job they do: - Floors: Great job every time on the floors - they even move the furniture to clean underneath and around! - Furniture: They don't just surface dust, they clean and polish - our furniture always looks beautiful! - Mirrors & Glass: Sparkling, truly! The master bath has an enormous shower with a glass door and wall, and I have never seen one single water spot left behind! - Cabinets & Appliances: The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are dark and the kitchen appliances are stainless and black, so they show everything. The women really pay attention to detail when cleaning and no fingerprint or speck of dust is left behind! I will definitely recommend Bella Casa to my friends and family. I'm a bit of a perfectionist (and my husband is even worse than I am). It's actually quite remarkable for BOTH of us to be so happy. (I should mention that this is not the first one we tried.) KUDOS to Maria and her Team for a job well done EVERY time!!!

Fast, efficient, reliable and very reasonable. Nice people that you can be comfortable having in your house, even when you are not there.

They cleaned my house a number of times and always left it spic and span. They do a wonderful job with the kitchen appliances. Especially the sink and stove. They bring in all of their own cleaning supplies. My vacuum was broken the first time they came so they brought their own vacuum as well. They thoroughly clean every room and take their time. They ask me if there is anything they can do to make the service better. I like that they called me to confirm a few days before and showed up on a timely basis.

My initial call with Maria went well and I was very impressed. If all went well when she visited my home, I planned on hiring her. Unfortunately, I had emergency surgery and I had to cancel our appointment and the next appointment as well. I have left 3 messages for her over the span of 2 weeks and I have not heard back from her. If she was not happy that I had to cancel our appointments (which I did in advance), I understand that. However, the courtesy of returning my phone calls would really have been appreciated. Now I have wasted 2 weeks trying to contact her and I have to start my search all over again. Not very nice, especially since I can't clean right now and I really need the help.

I just used Bella Casa cleaning service for the first time yesterday for a monthly service and we couldn't be happier; Hire these people immediately. They are the BEST. Maria the owner is incredibly sweet, friendly, caring, and made my home SPOTLESS. The house looks amazing! The kitchen, bathroom, floors, baseboards, bedrooms..all of it looks wonderful. We will definitely be using this service again.

Bella Casa's service is excellent. Maria and her girls are very thorough and hardworking using only ecofriendly products. Always punctual and they cover all aspects of the house with the care that any homeowner would love. You cannot go wrong with their service. They even removed rust spots from the bathtub, which I couldn't achieve for over a year!
