i had hired them using a angies list voucher that i purchased. The total cost came out to be more than twice what i usually pay every year. I was unable to reach my usual provider this year. I had to reach out a couple of times before the work was scheduled, even though I had requested specific times on the online scheduler. The cost was most dissappointing.

The office called and was very responsive to my initial request. They were able to schedule a technician to come to the house pretty quickly. All gutters and downspouts were cleaned as needed. There was no mess left for me to clean up. The technician was friendly and communicated well. The office also called afterwards to find out if I was happy with the work done.

They showed up and did the job. Gutters were cleared and cleaned. Much of the gutter material ended up on the side of the house in the back and everything cleared was left on the lawn and bushes.

Extremely professional crew. Four workers showed up and were great to work with. They took care to keep everything clean, made sure the dog stayed inside as they went in and out of the house multiple times. Checked in with us on several windows to be sure we found the results acceptable. Pointed out why some of the windows would not be as clear as others, due to oxidation from screens. All in all, a great job!

They did a nice job. They put some of the screens back in the windows upstairs on our second floor incorrectly and it was a pistol trying to get them turned around, but it was just that and they are odd kind of windows. It was not a major deal.

Great. Robin is extremely professional. She called me almost immediately after receiving my initial call. Estimate was done within a few days. And she was willing to work with me on scheduling, as my house was going on the market in a few weeks. Her staff was wonderful. My job was done over a two day period. First the windows and pressure washing of the house. ladies inside, gentleman outside. When the ladies finished, they went outside to help. I had a few extra issues- rust stains on a window and some mold in the front of the house- both were taken care of. Two days later the ladies came back to do the pressure washing. It was a rainy, miserable day. They put on their rain gear and got right to work. The place looks amazing!

Fantastic! He used a surface cleaner that looked like a giant commercial floor waxer, but better. Scrubbed and rinsed away the the dark areas on the concrete and left everything looking like new WITHOUT getting anything into the pool water! In the past, power washing companies have used power washers that blew debris into the pool water. Never again! Additionally, Window Genie is returning to my home today to clean my windows! Can't wait :)

Inside/outside window cleaning top to bottom (2 stories) -- fast, efficient and reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the two women who arrived right on time to clean all of the windows, sills and screens in our NJ townhome. They were both highly professional, skilled and courteous. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again! A Groupon was used which lowered the overall price for the cleaning. It's a real treat to be able to look out of our now sparkling windows and see clearly once again!

A flyer came in the mail and Robin McKenna came and gave me an estimate a year ago March. She still had it and I did too and she came out this March and did a magnificent job. The windows are so clean it looks like you can just reach outside! Robin came with the service people and assured me a great service and saw them through the work. This was well worth the money! Great follow through.

It went very well. The proprietor came to look at the job and work up an estimate within 48 hours of my call. The job was finished within four days. Results were/are excellent -- crystal clear views from every room. Not cheap, but much better results than I was ever able to achieve on my own. And what a great way to welcome spring.

It was great. The girl who owns the business is awesome. I'm going to do the same thing and probably more stuff with them again this year. They do spring clean up, power washing and windows. I'm going to have them power wash my driveway this year. She got back to me in a timely manner. She gave me really accurate quotes. Her staff was so nice. I can't say enough good things about them. They have a lot of services that are bundled into one. They give a bundling discount. So that was good. It was really reasonable. I think the power washing was $199 and the windows were $199 as well. Everything that I did was under $500. Their customer service was really good. The people were really nice. They were really thorough. They were on time and super professional.

They were very good. I had no dislikes. They were on time. The technicians were courteous, very professional, very accommodating. I was thoroughly pleased with the work that they did.
