Good! This was the second time I used them. Pretty standard service but more importantly the communication was great with Robin.

Terrible experience. I would never hire or refer this company to anyone. Over priced holiday lights, Not happy with original set-up and took 11 days for them to resolve per customer’s expectation. Paid for labor twice to correct light issue. Angie’s list should remove this company off their approved vendor list. Poor customer service, over charging customers and owner(Robin and son) are unprofessional and poor business owners. No one should hire this company for anything. You are taking a HUGE risk.

Great job. Windows washed inside and out. Screens cleaned and dolls wiped down. Everything looks great! 40 casements three storm doors and a picture window. Very Courteous staff.

Overall it was average. I was pleased that they were responsive and easy to get a hold of. And their price seemed fair. What I would e liked is better professionalism, quality of work, time to completion, and not having to watch over them. Also the only day I got eventually was a Sunday. The main guy (arrived late) and had a trainee (that came an hour later) and it took them 2.5hrs longer and they worked hard but the experience and cleanup didn’t come through. My windows are still dirty from the heavy chlorine after they dried and still have some high spots that they apparently rinse off. When I hire someone I want to rest easy and it was basically it was some work for me and them.

The service provided was done completely and timely.

It went well. The rain water flows down the gutter now and not over the sides.

Window Genie team was excellent. Communication was excellent, workers were terrific, thorough, and friendly. Price paid was more than fair. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Base price was $139 but we paid a bit more because we have gutter guards that needed to be removed, and our gutters were really, really, really clogged. The guys had more than normal work to do. And did it beautifully. It rained (poured!) the day after they came and we did not have any waterfalls from the roof! Rain drained as it should.

The task was performed well, but not for the price I end up paying. The original price was 99 dollars and I end up paying close to 300. Besides the price, the didn't care for the process of paying the additional amount. I had to pay either cash or with a check, no credit cards. This is the second service I purchased through Angie's list that I end up paying 3 times as much as the original purchase price because I didn't have all the information up front to decide. Granted I should have done more research, but if I have to do all the research, then I don't need to go through Angie's list. I can do my research and then at least I will know up front what it would cost me. Not very happy about tit

They say they are a pressure washing company but they are not. They are a low pressure window cleaning company. They weren't able to get the algae off the siding so they came out again and I got into it with the owner. She said they don't do high pressure washing. It's more like garden hose pressure. They misrepresent themselves as a pressure washing company. They were timely. The owner of the company came out to do the estimate. Their public relations are good. When I showed her what we needed washed she said they could do it. They could have been honest up front that their was potential that they wont be able to clean the siding because they use low pressure and not high pressure. I would never use them again.

The two guys were quick but thorough. I will definitely hire them again.

Apparently window cleaning is by panel and can easily escalate in price. - be careful to count each pane. . Also took longer to schedule than originally expected.

Purchased $135 gutter cleaning deal. The crew explained the possible additional charge for extra lineage, setup the appointment, came on time and performed the job. No complaints.

Very well. The staff worked efficiently and the windows (47 of them) looked great. THe only issue was my fault - I thought the price included sill cleaning but it did not. So make sure you clearly state what you want before finalizing the job. However, the team was nice enough to lean up a mildew-covered propane tank casing to make up for the mix-up.
